At one of the worst stores I have bought internet and 4 tablets and they told me my bill would be $143 and now it is $200. I didn't receive any information about it or anything and when I went into the store they refused to help me. I'm very disappointed. I never want to go to this store

I recently visited this store on Mother's Day for a new phone. I live in Arlington but decided to take my business to them. Turns out the worst decision I made. Simply transfer all my old things from my old phone to my new one. It's been chaos ever since. My contacts try to call me only to have me listed under a whole new number. I went to speak with them about it and they say my old number is still active with my account. Still having issues so I'll be taking my business and phone service to a new provider. Please don't waste your time or money.

I already had an account with Metro for my wife's phone. I was trying to transfer my phone from Consumer Cellular. I went to the store in Rockwall. I was told that had never made this type of service change and I would have to call customer service. I called customer service. They were unable to get the information they needed to make the transfer, Was told to go to a store. I went to the Rowlett store and AZ took about 15 minutes, To make the transfer. He deserves a big pat on the back. He is obviously very competent and knowledgeable.
