“From my understanding, I believed I was told on multiple occasions by phone that the process would be completed by November 1st, and not afterward. There was definitely a miscommunication, and I now understand where the misunderstanding occurred. My intentions were never to damage this company's reputation, but rather to express the urgency of the timeline and seek clarification. I acknowledge that my actions and words were not communicated in the right manner. I allowed my urgency of the matter to take over, and as a result I did not express myself as thoughtfully as I should have.
I’ve learned from this experience and will use it as an opportunity for personal growth and learning opportunity, ensuring I don’t make the same mistake in the future. Moving forward, I am committed to taking the necessary steps and actions to correct my error. I will begin by publicly apologizing for my words and actions as well as giving this company the review that they deserve.
For anyone reading this online, I would like to share some personal feedback about this company. SurScan offers excellent customer service; they respond to emails and phone calls promptly. Their employees are kind, respectful, patient, and they make every effort to explain your case as clearly as possible. “I highly recommend you make an appointment as this location is busy. The tech Tie was so sweet! I was very nervous and she showed me how the vein bounced back. She talked to me and my fiancé and reassured me that she would get the stick the first time. She took less than 5 minutes for the whole process and made sure I didn't look so I wouldn't be uncomfortable. 10/10 will ask for her anytime I need bloodwork.”

Very professional from the beginning to the very end. She asked and verified all the information, showed me all the labels and if they were accurate, etc...

“Everybody's complaining about how long it took, well you don't think you should of made an appointment? I walked in 1 min before my appointment time and there was 8 other people sitting there, I got called my exact time. Its really not that hard to call and make an appointment. No, its not a real person but its 2025 who cares? Does it bother you that much? It was so easy and fast to make an appointment and I got in less than 24 hours!! They were very gentle and fast and super nice :)”
