I've had a storage spot here for years and never any complaints. They are responsive to all my need and requests, they even care enough to call and remind me if I forget to stop by and pay them. I highly recommend lone star self storage

We had the privilege to have our pontoon boat in one of their spacious RV paved parking spots. It was an awesome experience while we parked here over the years, great location, spacious parking spots making it easy to get in and out of. Very competitive pricing. Dianne and the rest of their management staff were very professional from the start and upon leaving. Thank you for such a great experience.

Not a secure place you get things stolen from your vehicle they you signed the contract saying there not liable but gates fence cameras and someone on site you would think it would be safe

I recently rented a unit as I was moving in my movers were sure what size they needed. The gentleman at the front desk said no problem here's another unit that's larger if you don't need 2 don't worry since it's the same day we will transfer the amount paid to the larger unit. Turned out we didn't need the second one as soon I left I called the guy back telling him we only needed one he had completely forgot the conversation we had. I understand they don't issue refunds but to charge me for an entire month for a unit I did use is poor business.
