My Pomeranian is super aggressive and Dr. Carn and the staff took great care of her. No one else would take her and this staff took her in and groomed her and I am so relieved to have found such an amazing group. Five stars is not enough, I want to give them 20 stars for an outstanding staff and a great job. Thank you. I have finally found the one for Lexi.

I've had the opportunity for my dog to meet both Dr. Hoag and Dr. Carn and they are both amazing with my dog. I have a Rottweiler who has had horrible experiences in the past at every other veterinary. Dr. Hoag knew how to approach my dog and keep her from feeling alarmed about anything she was doing. My Rottweiler needed a deep bite wound cleaning that I know any other vet would have wanted to put her under anesthesia to clean, but because of how well Dr. Hoag was keeping her calm, she was able to do it within minutes in the room while allowing me to assist. Dr. Carn as well knew she is not the best and can become overwhelmed with temperature check and he managed to have it done without letting my dog become aggressive or chaotic. If you're someone like me who worries about vet visits with your XL dog, this is the place to come to.

I’ve been taking my rottie here for about a year now and I’ve always had a pleasant experience with the Doctor. My pup can be a little tough to deal with sometimes but he always knows what to do to make him feel comfortable. Recently I had to leave him there for a few hours which made me a little nervous, but i knew he would be well taken care of. The doctor is also always very informative and he makes sure to answer all the questions I have. Definitely would recommend:)

Dr Hoag diligently remained in contact with me throughout the care of our dog. She was attentive to our concerns, answered our questions, and shared helpful advice. We very much appreciated her even calling the next day to check on her patient.

Not good customer service at all. The people at the front desk need to realize the people coming in are what pay their checks. They aren't clear on what they are doing either. They take your dog in an entire separate room for the exam without telling you what is going on. Then want to automatically give a 2 month old puppy antibiotics without even a diagnosis. Then they said they tried secrete our puppies anal glands and she's too little. Then they charge $75! For what?! They definitely aren't somewhere I would ever go again. Beware of the 4.7 stars. Obviously it's the veterinarians friends doing the reviews.Go elsewhere and save yourself the money. Went to a good vet on Monday. What a waste of money!!!
