I’ve finally had time to do this review I Love them. They are the cheapest I have found to have something for school embroidered, they told me it will be 2 weeks. Poor planning on my behalf but then they call me 3 days later to let me know it is ready. Awesome place. Great professionalism by the young lady up front ...I believe her name is Shay.

Mary Margaret is so creative and helpful. She creates an amazing product at a very fair price, and she is so kind. Her store is full of gift ideas and if you don't see what you are looking for, she will help you find it! She also does a great job with large scale cooperate orders and orders for schools and teams. She did our Lake Highlands drill team mom visors and had them delivered to Dallas.

I would strongly recommend using someone else. Disorganized, won’t answer the phone, I had to make in-person appearances to follow up on my order, even then they told me my products “just showed up yesterday,” then a week later, they gave me the same response. And the quality of work is poor. The new owners are killing this business.Service: Commercial embroidery

LD Embroidery did a wonderful job on my staff gifts. I appreciate their commitment to quality. I highly recommend them if you have school uniforms, backpacks, napsacks, or lunch boxes that need to be embroidered. Everything looks great.

The business under new ownership is horrible. Had uniforms done for our business which they completely botched. After months of empty promises, left with nothing but a rude dismissal of our concerns. We never had any issues with the previous owner Linda. Please take your business elsewhere!!

I wish I could leave a 0! They have really bad business after paying upfront they took my clothes and promised to have it back in two weeks. Went back after 3 weeks and was told to come back the next day so I figured I would give them another few days just to be safe. but nope still wasn’t ready. At this point I’ve given them over two weeks of the promised time to pick up my things needed for Christmas (I dropped off right after Thanksgiving). So my last attempt to get my items that still were not ready I asked for a refund which they told me they couldn’t find it in the system. Eventually they did and I got my things and walked out. i understand its busy time but don't take my order and promise things if you cant deliver. i gave them more than enough extra time!Lynda the old owner was messy the place was a disaster always but she always knew exactly where your things were and delivered in time if not sooner. Don’t let the new look fool you!

I’ve been coming here since before Mary Margaret took over. Her and her team have really turned this place around. When looking for embroidery or screen printing look no further. I come here for all my business and personal needs. I am treated like family each time I come in. You won’t be disappointed.

Mary Margaret is the best.With the previous owner, I went in once and left bc she was rude , the shop was a cluttered mess, and I couldn’t find anything nice.One day I returned bc I desperately needed a quilt label made for a special quilt. I was astounded at how clean the store was and how kind and attentive Mary Margaret and her staff were towards me. I could immediately tell the place was under new ownership!With Mary Margaret’s helpful suggestions, the quilt label came out beautifully. I so appreciated it and my niece actually cried when she opened her gift and saw the quilt and the label. ?
