I've used Labcorp for over 3 years now. The staff is always friendly and efficient, even when they are crazy busy. I have spoken with Corporate about making check in at the Lobby easier. Local locations never ever answer their telephone so for these two reasons I can only give them 4 stars.

They don't open on time. They're supposed to open at 8am. They clearly have the hours posted in on the door and on a printed piece of paper. It's clear the people don't care about their job or the patients coming in. I used to work for them.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. Our son, who is almost 5 years old, was terrified. Maria and Kristen did a phenomenal job with him and helped calm him down. They handled him with such great care! We will be going back there for any future blood draws!! Thank you again Maria and Kristen for our fantastic experience!!

Terrible service, inhumane treatment, I took my baby for a blood test by order of his pediatrician, and the two women who attended to him were rude, despotic and inhumane with a baby, one of them had a mocking appearance, since my son He was crying, and he was even deprived, until I told them to stop otherwise they would continue pecking his little arm, and until that moment (after having pecked him) they told me that they were not qualified to do that type of tests for a small baby who Better to take him to a children's clinic. What irresponsibility and lack of professional ethics on the part of the staff and the laboratory, for having people like that working.I would never return to that place, the people who go there are for some medical situation and these people only make the situation worse.I hope no other mother or person in general goes through what I went through with my son.Just because it doesn't have the option but I would give it -10 stars.

Either the people that work here hate their job or the lab corp in Rowlett only hires people who have attitudes. The last couple of times I’ve been here both phlebotomists had a chip on their shoulder. No smiles or greeting. Just an attitude of leave me alone. I’m better than you. I work in customer service so I know that initial contact with people makes a difference in whether people will like your business or not. That’s a not for lab corp.

Set an appointment for 2pm on a wed. came around 1:30pm and there was only one other person in the waiting room. Right when you walk in theres a check-in station a few feet right in front of you. Check in was quick and I was able to select an earlier time to be seen too. I had blood drawn and the girl drawing it was cool and nice company to have. Made the whole process quick and easy for me. I was in and out in about 35ish minutes.

I came in as a walk-in for my daughter (4yo) for bloodwork. Arrived a little after 8am, and there was a lobby full of people already. The check in process was very easy. The wait altogether was less than 30 minutes! Very pleasant experience. Clean lobby. The 2 ladies who worked with my daughter did an amazing job, especially since my daughter has a fear of needles. Highly recommend and would definitely come back here again.

Supposedly open at 8:00 AM on Friday morning. At 8:15, there were six people in line outside in the heat and multiple people waiting in their cars. The woman unlocked the door, turned around, without saying a word, and went back in her office with no window. Poor customer service!

Kelsey C was absolutely amazing. I am normally a hard stick and a fainter. Blood draw was a great experience due to her skill and attitude. She is a gifted medical professional

rude receptionist-MARIA MITCHELL-get rid of her due to poor performance!Wearing name tags that are flipped on ALL employees so that they cannot be read!I have primary and secondary insurance and Labcorp still cannot get the billing correct.Lobby is ALWAYS overloaded with customers-15 people waiting when I walked in.I will ask my doctor for a new lab facility…..I suggested that you do the same.A business run amuck…

All I can say is the following: -arrived 20 minutes early for an appointment with 15 people waiting in the lobby for service; all of my paperwork had been pre established prior to arrival, -I was given a QR code/scan on my email address which did not work, -there was an older gentleman at the counter that was having difficulty standing.....literally swaying from side to side. I put my hand on his back to steady him and was told by -Labcorp employee that I needed to sit down (MARIA MITCHELL), -I continued to stand by his side when the clerk, MARIA MITCHELL told me that I was infringing on the HIPPA laws by attempting to 'steal' his personal information. I asked to get a copy of the HIPPA laws while I continued to provide assistance to the man in need, -I continued to wait for my appointment, when I inquired about how there can be 15 people in front of me when I had an appointment (this was told to me by MARIA MITCHELL), -she then went on to inform me that it did not make a difference whether you had an appointment or not since it was really based on a first come/first served basis. She informed me that I had made the appointment time, not her (I could not believe the ridiculous statement), -a phlebotomist came out from the back and after all of the ignorant statements that MARIA MITCHELL had made, I was taken in back for my blood work. I requested the receptionists name from the phlebotomist and she refused to give it to me, but when I asked the errant receptionist, she did furnish her name. NOTE: THE PHLEBOTOMIST AND THE RECEPTIONIST HAD NAME TAGS, but they were conveniently covered so that they could not be read. Is there a supervisor and why isn't she (the company is run by all women so that's how I know it's a she) catching the errors of the staff. To not display name tags even though they are clearly required to be posted, is not the patient's responsibility to "fish" out from unwilling employees. Are they so embarrassed to be working for Lab - did receive a copy of the HIPPA laws which were simply not applicable whatsoever! Do the research on Labcorp.......their reviews stink; poor turnaround on tests to doctors, sued by the Federal Govt. for misinformation filed by them, etc. There is only one solution to solve their issues-ask your doctor for a different source for your lab work/go somewhere else......BTW, the President of the company receives close to 15 million dollars in salary.
