I go between the sachse and Rowlett location and wish that the same machines were available at both locations. Other than that, both locations are good for fitness

The LA Firmness is a very comfortable place where you can train your way and the way you feel comfortable, I highly recommend it, it is a quiet and super great place.

Decided that it was time to get in shape. Eddie and Tim helped me set up an account and tour the facility. Will be working with Jorge once a week. May not look like Thomas but maybe I will make my wife happier.
