I have always had good service here, but this last time was just bad. They were surly and rude, to begin with. Not realizing there were different levels of service available, I asked for an oil change. For some reason they decided that meant I wanted the premium version of this (about 40 bucks more expensive than the standard version). So, without consulting me, they just did it then charged me 100 bucks for it. We’ve been going there to get our oil changed on multiple cars for many, many years. No one in my family has ever had to specify the level of oil change they wanted—they always just gave us the standard, cheap version. Who assumes you want the premium? That’s crazy. Also the rudeness was shocking, they’ve always been real nice. Not sure what happened here, but we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Always very friendly and they are no nonsense.
I drive out of my way to see these guys. They take great care of you and your vehicle and always do the right thing. Their waiting room is always nice and presentable.

Was hearing a rattling noise in my engine area and was not sure if it was a major problem or not. I brought my car into Kwik Kar in Rowlett at Dalrock, and they carefully diagnosed the problem after determining it was not the alternator but the water pump that was causing the problem. They repaired the problem in just a few hours and had me on my way. The manager Rolando Rodriguez, kept me informed every step of the way and provided outstanding service.

Just had my service truck in for an oil change and somehow my hood was not completely shut. I had to pull over and close it. I contacted the shop and the manager Rolando Rodriguez was very rude and also accused me of prior complaints?!?!? This is the first time I ever had an issue in the past 7 years, he said that he did not want us as customers talk about poor attitude and unprofessional way to treat your customers.

I have been taking all of my vehicles here for regular maintenance and my commercial vehicles. Lately Ive had some repairs done here. Water pump on my commercial vehicle and Brake pads on 2 seperate occasions.
Ive had my daughters car repaired here a year ago.
As Always Rolando and Pablo and crew do a great job and never try to lead me in a wrong direction.
These guys are great and honest.
Im in the business of helping folks with their AC and I am always hoset with my clients and I always feel respected and feel they are always honest to me. 100% will always take all of my vehicles here going forward.

BEWARE!!!
Man does this place absolutely SUCK. Called in the morning trying to set an appointment and they said they don’t take them and I can come anytime before 4:30pm, came at 4:19pm and saw an empty lot and 4 workers with 3 wide open bay doors and was told they’re closed. Called “assistant manager” if he actually is that and was told they closed early. THIS PLACE SUCKS PLEASE AVOID AS THEY OVERCHARGE AND DO NOT VALUE ANYONES TIME BUT THERE OWN. “Assistant manager” is always rude and passive aggressive

Rolando and his team provide excellent customer service. They provide information as to how many cars are ahead of you along with an estimated time for completion of the service that you require. Rolando advised me not to have my oil changed because it looked clean at the time I brought it in for an oil change. His integrity impressed me. I do not take our vehicles anywhere else for oil changes or state inspections. This team does more to service your car. The prices for the services are posted in the waiting room. For fair and speedy service, take your vehicles to this Kwik Kar.

I didn’t even get anything done to my car at this location. I actually went in there to ask a question about a failed inspection and Trey was able to help me and answer my questions. I just want to say thank you sir! I appreciate you taking the time out to talk to me. You’re a good dude.!!!
