Great place! My loaner had a tire leak that couldn't be repaired. Since it was a loaner, I obviously didn't want to buy a tire. They graciously moved my groceries to the back seat and put the spare on so I didn't have to drive all the way to the dealership on a Friday afternoon at no charge. I will be coming here from now on when I have a tire issue or purchase. Highly recommend!
Update 07/18/24: Still the best place to go for tire issues. They really care about their customers! Highly recommend

The people that work here are total a@@holes. They lied to cover their own errors in troubleshooting my vehicle. When they were caught in the lie, they then lied about the lie to cover themselves. I asked for the items they replace on my car. They said they already provided them only to accidently tell me they had them in there hands during a phone call questioning the issue. Stay away......!

Jordan's and their staff have earned my business for every vehicle that I own as long as I am in the area. I brought my wife's van in for some new tires and to look at a lock actuator that was making noise. They had those issues fixed right away, and also provided me some options for some other issues that I was not aware of. Normally I'm not a fan of feeling like I'm being upsold, but these additional items were not like that at all. Necessary repairs that would have quickly caused me a much larger problem. Upon picking up the van, I noticed that the automatic sliding door was no longer fully latching when it was closed using the automatic feature. The staff did not hesitate at all and immediately said, "It happened in our shop, so we will fix it." This issue proved very difficult to chase down, but they took responsibility at every given opportunity to ensure that everything was in working order. The exceptional level of integrity, honesty, and compassion that I experienced from the staff has made me a loyal customer. Thank you, Jordan's, for showing me that there are still good people in the automotive repair industry.

Still waiting to get something fixed that they broke inside my car. Keep putting me off. I had just spent about 4k with the business and still giving me the run around. I'll update this soon and let you know the progress of this repair. Ok here is the update...they did complete the repair.
Finally. But it cost me more than them and it took my time and effort to get it done.

I mean, the nicest people ever and made for such a seamless and pleasant experience to compensate for the pain in the butt car problem I was having. They were able to fix my car without me being there all day! I won’t be bringing my car anywhere else! Thank you JCC ?

This place told me it would be 1000 dollars to get an issue fixed on my car that turned out to be an unplugged sensor. Great place to dump money into for 0 reason
