We visited this place when we moved into the area. We were greeted at the door and the associate brought to area where the items were located. We had additional questions that he did not know and went ask one of the more experienced associates. The associates at Ace Hardware are always very helpful and friendly. Love going Ace Hardware, you will almost always find what you need. This will be our first stop anytime we need something. Store is well organized and clean.

They are always super nice and helpful almost too helpful at times. With that being said I don't need 7 different employees watching me every step I take. I understand loss prevention but geeze let me shop!!!

Customer service is severely lacking. I walked in around opening and asked the first person I met where the glue traps were. They were dismissive and rude, basically waved me off, and said "ailse 4". So because I've never been here, I'm wandering around till I met another employee and he TOOK me to where I wanted to go. At checkout, the first employee I met was rude, throwing and slamming my items into the bag, and still had an attitude. Yes I was petty when I asked the employee if they were "ok"... because again, maybe they didn't realize how poorly they were acting, but it continued and got worse. I won't come back even if they did have pretty yard things that I really wanted. I'll order them off Temu, and wait 2 weeks.

The customer service at Jabo's Ace Hardware is unmatched. From the second you walk in to the friendly staff you may pass in the store, everyone is helpful and inviting. Let me start by saying I am a local Handyman in the area. Today I had a project that was a little out of my depth. I walked into this Ace and happened to start chatting with one of the associates here. He ended up setting me straight, and the job I was buying supplies went off without a hitch because of it!!
Really great folks work here - solid experience overall.

Lot's of staff on hand. The upper middle-aged man running the key copying station is rude and clearly looking for ways to NOT work and NOT be helpful in any way. I arrived with 2 key blanks and he wouldn't cut them for "liability reasons". Claimed they were "40 dollar blanks" even though I actually bought them for 2 dollars to go in my key fob. The machine to copy it was right there... I could almost reach it. The guy was a complete jerk, ran off the young lady who wanted to help me, wasn't interested in helping or understanding what I was trying to do, only in explaing the reasons he wasn't going to help me, "liability". Jabo, I tried to give you guys some money... I hope your other staff is making enough sales to cover the folks that dude is running off. I didn't buy anything else on my list either, I took my business elsewhere. (Also, I bought a whole dang key cutting machine with mills and tools for $100 online.. while in your parking lot. ) You lost me as a customer... forever. Be "the helpful place" you claim to be, not the jerk store.

Outstanding service! The staff is friendly and they make sure you get what you’re looking for! Sure feels like old days! Love the store! Manager was cooking in the Green Egg today and sent home grilled salmon with me! So many great reasons to come by the Jabo’s Ace Hardware Store!!

Not a place for a helpful hardware man. Never asks if you need help like advertised on the commercials. Happens everytime I go in so I stopped shopping there and prices are high!
