I just wanted to leave a quick review about one of your workers Justin. He was FANTASTIC! He was so kind to me when he was getting orders together and helping me find what I needed! Justin mentioned he is also in college and working! He is juggling school and work!? With such a great attitude and passion for his work! WOW! Just WOW! What a great kid! Need more hard workers like him! I will always go to this Home Depot as long as Justin is there working!!

I went to home Depot, and I'm female and someone actually looked me in the eye, and someone actually said can I help you. When I go to home improvement stores I'll be come invisible somehow my superpower wore off, they actually saw me. Going to Lowe's has taught me you need to bring your own man but I felt like a celebrity, I heard excuse me Miss can I help you I'm like do they think I'm somebody else or what. I'm so thankful home Depot you did a great job of acknowledging me and making me feel like I guess I'm not a ghost when I walk through those doors. Thank you home Depot rowlett you did a great job.

I want to give a BIG Thank you to Ms. Christy and Mr. Ty. Lets start off with Ms. Christy. The entrance i came into i must of overlooked where the flat beds were located at. I stopped at her register to ask her where they were. She not only showed me but asked me to wait snd went and got one herself for me. Then she showed me where the wire shelves were at. Since it was right after Christmad they were rearranging things back to normal so it was a little hectic. Her amazing attitude and lovely spirit and smile through the mask she was wearing you could see. Her willing to HELP. Now to TY, I was standing at the key area looking at keys and walks by and asks how can i help you. He was so polite and sweet. Helpful and kind to make all 8 keys for me. Conversation about his travels and love for 49ers(sad) and not the Cowboys..lol. All while he is diligently making my keys. Far too many young generations have forgotten what it means for customer service. Christy and Ty have restored my hope in what customer service is suppose to be. I pray that God continues to bless them. Let the light continue to shine through them to others. Thank you!

This is my referred contractor being arrested after calling the cops because he was so high he was talking to trees and acting unpredictably after the other two left him. I called Home Depot about this and the seemed not to care that multiple felony warrants and drug addicts is who they referred to me. Even the cops were joking about how these are Home Depot referred contractors. It took them 3 days, they used interior wiring outside and tried to fix damaged wires with twisting and electrical tape. Now I have to fix everything, out the money already spent for them, embarrassed due to all the neighbors witnessing this show for 3 days. Seems like Home Depot only cares about the contractor and not the end user. I'd go elsewhere and definitely not use their pro referral system.

While at Home Depot in Rowlett today, my son and I were shopping for a lawn mower. The chosen model was in a box on the upper rack which would require a lift to get it down. An employee came over (Lew), and after a couple minutes of standing there asking multiple times "which one?", there was the discussion of which lift would better serve the purpose. This person walked away and we never saw him again. Minutes later another guy and a very slim younger guy stood at the end of the aisle and the older guy was was telling the younger one that there's someone that needed a lawn mower brought down, I heard them and waved at them and said that was us. The older man nodded at me then proceeded to tell the younger guy that he didn't want to do it, and both walked away. After 1 minute or 2 more, so we left that store and shopped at another HD in Garland. It would not surprise me to see the Rowlett store close down if that's how they treat customers!!

Upon checking out my one item had no price and the customer service lady up front just picked up the item and took it without offering to help me with a price and then told me I would have to go get another one and she couldn't help me . I explained to her that was the one item I had came for . She just seemed not to care . I had to check out and then walk back to the other side of the store to get what I came for and check out again . Come on Rowlett Home Depot let's improve customer service .

These people have the worst customer service. Came in looking for something specific and spent about 5 minutes looking for it on my own. Meanwhile, I spot a group of workers all standing around as if they were deciding on were to go to lunch. None of them acknowledged me or asked if I needed help looking for something (that just ticked me way off) and I'm pretty sure I looked lost...All the while ANOTHER worker who was walking behind also didn't acknowledge me; I finally turned around and ask where to find the product. Not the most pleasant experience concerning customer service and at least the person working the self-check out said hello to everyone ready to check out. With that being said I'll probably keep driving to the Garland location near Firewheel because at least they acknowledge their customers whether the customers need help or not.

Yesterday, June 19th, 2018 my husband and I went to Rowlett Home Depot to find out why we were not notified by phone by the person who was supposed to come measure our house for venetian blinds. When we arrived and went to the back of the store we discovered that due to employee call ins that day we would have to wait for someone to help us. We patiently waited and the person that came and went out of his way to assist us without once uttering a complaint was Gary. It turned out to be a lengthy and involved problem but Gary remained devoted to solving our problem. He stayed with us until we checked out at customer service. I will always look for Gary if I need anything at Rowlett HD. He is the best!

This place has wonderful customer service. We came here looking for something to kill the mosquitoes for a backyard BBQ. The employee walked us to the section of the store with the insect repellents and explained each one to us. He did not have to take time to do this for us but he did. The only reason this place is not receiving 5 stars because the checkout line is a jumbled mess.
