“This review is about Riley and Derek from the Wylie TX store.
I was looking for a riding lawn mower. I know I wanted good quality and a good price. Riley was extremely patient with me, he took the time to explain the different riding lawn mowers they carry, but I cannot tell you how many times he was about to ring the price and I changed my mind as to which tractor I wanted. He was very, very, very patient with me. He helped me with the credit application, he did all the work and not once became impatient with me.
My next dilemma was how to get the tractor from point A to point B. I KNOW they could have loaded the tractor to my truck, but the problem was HOW I was going to unload it without destroying the tractor or killing myself. So Riley and Derek put their thoughts together and Derek was so kind that he delivered the tractor on his truck to my house the next day. Derek took the time to show me how the tractor worked, he made me ride the tractor so I could become familiarized with the machine, and he answered all my questions.
This purchase could not have happened without Riley and Derek. It just shows you THEIR dedication, teamwork, awesome customer service, and most importantly, DEDICATION and LOYALTY to their employer (Tractor Supply Company), by going out of their way to help a client and make a sale.

“Xavier & Stephanie are AMAZING! They both have great customer service skills and I’m so grateful for them! There’s this lady on the other hand, Esmeralda, who was extremely rude to my husband today and giving him attitude and rolling her eyes. My husband asked her to put in his phone number for our rewards and her response was “WHY?”. She proceeded to input the number and my husband told her which one was the correct one since there’s 2 accounts. She sounded annoyed and proceeded to input the WRONG account. This review would be 5 stars if it weren’t for Esmeralda. That’s how much she’s dragging down the Lowe’s team.
Update (6/21): Had an hour & a half phone call with customer service to help with deactivating the incorrect account and rewarding the 300+ points I missed out through an alternate method. The Assistant Manager (Chris) from the store reached out as well to follow up and was so great! I’m updating my review because everyone else has been so wonderful throughout this whole crazy process.”

“I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents.
Oh yeah we got a few Jersey Giants and we'll be back to get some Easter eggers when you all get some in stock. Thanks Brad and Ms. Lisa, I had a great experience!

When I have a project that requires painting or staining, I intentionally go to the Wylie store (even though there are several other Home Depots and other home improvement stores close by)! Steve demonstrates and shares his professional knowledge very generously! He creates a welcoming, personal environment and goes the extra mile to ensure that customers get the correct product for the job at hand! We are in the middle of a complete home remodeling project and will continue to drive to Wylie for our supplies!”
“I want to give a shoutout to Nate and Stephanie for their assistance with buying a couple of tool chests recently. I picked up the wrong one and when I came back to the store for the correct model, Nate already had the right one pulled and then Stephanie helped me with getting the 2nd one. They both were very kind (despite my frustrations in the return trip) and I'm grateful to both employees for their help and kind attitudes!
I also noticed another employee, I believe his name was Miguel, who was literally RUNNING to help people when he saw they had a need. Excellent customer service!”
“I'm only writing a reivew for the knowledgable & friendly Pauline in Plumbing. She was so awesome and even remembered me when I had to exchange water lines for length. She saw me walking towards the plumbing area and asked me, "Were the lines too short?" then proceeded to showed me the correct ones. She also suggested a better (inexpensive) Delta faucet!!”
“The crew and team are friendly and provided me with good service as I was in the restaurant especially in the paint department they were very helpful in guiding us towards a decision. While the only issue I encountered was one caused by me, I left a item in the parking lot, I called immediately and the person on the phone said I could come back with no issues to get another piece of my PVC pipe since I still had my receipt, however once I came back they said their was nothing they could do and that I had to buy another PVC pipe. It was disappointing to hear because it got my hopes up but at the end got confused due to hearing different things from different people. However other than that I enjoyed shopping here”

“I have shared this before. Lowe's is slightly more expensive than Home Depot on about 20% of the products but the quality is what draws me in. The difference is worth the time and effort to do things only once. All veterans are welcomed with a discount and others have followed but Lowes was first and even added a parking spot. I won't go anywhere else. I stopped looking.”
