Had an oil pressure sensor that was leaking and dumping oil everytime I drove. They gave me the results of the problem and other things that need to be fixed. They fixed the leak that day. Couldn't pick up my car that day, so they told me it was fine to leave it there, and I can pick it up the next day. Will be going back for any future problems.

Had to do an update since you can't post 2 reviews (weird).
Well had another car with an engine problem. My wife took the car in and even got a shuttle back to our apartment so she didn't have to wait there. The guys are always informative about the work needed. My Kia engine had low combustion in one of the cylinders. It would cost a pretty penny to fix, however, they reminded me about my warranty through Kia, and told me it should be covered under it. I wish Kia was as good as these guys, because Kia told me I'd have to wait a month before my car even got looked at. I decided to buy a new car and donate the car to cars4vets. These guys always let you know the work they need to do, they let you know when they start doing the work, and they will always walk you through anything you don't understand. This is my shop of choice.

There is really no reason to go anywhere else for the services they offer. They are honest - at least they have been with me - which is commodity these days.

Although I ended up not having the work done here, the gentleman at Golden Rule were nothing but transparent and a pleasure to deal with. They offered me a loaner as I left my car for a diagnosis and kept me updated throughout the entire process via text and calls. Thank you all so much for the amazing experience.

I had a siezed spark plug in my 2011 Ford F-150 work truck and my motor was running very rough on five of six cylinders. I took it in at lunchtime and they got me right in and fixed my plug and it cost me less than they originally estimated it would cost. Nice people…I’ll definitely be back!&

Clifford and his team are the best! After my dealership told me I needed some work done but were trying to charge me $3000+ for it, I started looking locally. Clifford told asked me to bring it by and let his team look at it for me at no cost. After looking it over, they came back saying only the lower control arms needed to be replaced and that the tie rods were still in working shape. So for a third of the total cost, Golden Rule had the work done the next day in just a few hours! Cannot recommend them enough!
