Called to ask about a magnetic tag being left on a shirt I bought. Employee stated there was nothing he could do as that store doesn't have magnetic tags on the shirts and complained that I was taking too much time and that he has other customers in the store that require his attention. Worst customer service ever. Definitely going up there to get his name!

I've been coming here for the past week to ask questions, I'm buying a nintendo switch. The guy up there is always offering assistance and never hesitates to answer my questions. I was never pressured to leave even at the time their store closed one night. Warm welcoming gamestop

BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY!!! STAY AWAY IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR HARD OWN MONEY!! Saturday 11-25 traded in a few old units with a few games. UPGRADED my gaming unit to a PS 5. Took the unit home and returned to the store 3 hours later to inform them of the $600 DOLLAR POS game unit they sold me did not work. The clerk said, "Well if you did not buy our $60 to $80 dollar warranty I cant help you" YOU SOLD ME A POS DEFFECITVE PRODUCT !!!! Walmart has a warranty $30 DOLLARS CHEAPER than this CHEAP COMPANY!!I know now how this company makes their BILLIONS OF DOLLARS.. They SELL YOU DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS AND WANT YOU TO BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY which is OVER PRICED!!!

Cheyenne is so rude. Ridiculous. Lied about rewards not working, told me it would take A HALF HOUR to restart the computer. Gtfoh. Ridiculous behavior, rude, pushy. 0/10 attitude. These employees are the reason nobody likes gamestop anymore.

Employees (timothy especially) aren't very knowledgeable on their own processes or gaming specials. I got jipped during gaming week on some major purchase points.But like all gamestops, they have the stuff I need on hand. Just make sure you deal with Employees who know their business.

As a grandma I was looking for help with characters I did not recognize.The young people working at the desk were extremely helpful. Not only were THEY helpful ? a couple I had spoken to in another store found what I wanted and asked the associates AT gamestop to hold the stuffed animal for me as there was only 1. The young couple then came and told me That they found it. Where it was and that they had it put back for meEveryone helped this. Grammy be a Christmas hero
