Their bedside manner is impeccable, and their care and concern for my health has been amazing.Everyone has been kind and respectful during my visits—the folks at the front desk, the nurses, the lab technicians, everyone. This place is so good that, even when I moved to East Texas 7 years ago, I still drove the 1.5 hours to see Dr. Meyers. And I plan to continue that drive until he retires, which will be a sad day for his patients but well-deserved for him.”

“First time here. Dr Balarbar is so wonderful. She has great bedside manners. The clinic offers a wide variety of services for all ages. She is the only one you will see so you dont have to retell your life story to new people. She also keeps you very informed with what is wrong. I went in with ear pain. She not only told me what the issue is, but she listened to what I had to say, and then showed me what my ear drums looked like. I 100% recommend her. The office staff was also awesome. The medicine was a great price, and the pharmacist was super nice. You think because the price is so low you will be treated in a rush. This clinic is definitely worth coming to. Found my new pcp! “I have been going to Dr. Qadri for a while now and she is great at listening and giving options to help you feel comfortable. She also tells you straight forward plan of action or what needs to be done to improve any health related problems! I recently moved to her richardson location and it's great I love Mai (probably spelled it incorrectly I'm so sorry) the receptionist she has always been the best with communication either on the phone or in person. She is so sweet and hardworking. Always completes tasks. I have been to the Murphy location which is where I started and I am not a fan of the front desk or the customer service there at all. They also did not complete certain Referalls I needed or keep track of the correct updated insurance. It was a struggle to get those sent at first. I had to provide information several times which I understand once or twice but there was always an issue. I recommend the Richardson location and when you have an awesome receptionist it makes the visit so much better! Dr. Qadri is great and I will continue care with her at her Richardson location!”

“Shout out to Dr. stark for recommending I get the flu vaccine this year. It seems to be helping. Wife got whatever is going around Dallas this year, and it’s the worst in a decade. Vaccine hit me with all the symptoms, but in hindsight seems trivial compared to the coughing other folks have.Also, not sure how so many people have complaints about billing and scheduling in reviews. Staff seems pleasant. I don’t have those problems. Paid dues on-site same day, and made reminders on phone regarding future visits.”

“Positive experience! Called ahead to find out available appointment times as the online schedule said the soonest one was in 4 months for a new patient. The person on the phone set up a profile for me and was able to get me in that week. The call took a long time due to a slow system but she was friendly throughout. The call time was the reason for dropping a star BUT I had a great experience once I got there. It was just a routine physical with Dr. Lisa Nguyen and blood work but all the ladies from start to finish were so friendly and helpful! Especially when I got woozy toward the end. I would go back if I needed anything else in the future!”
