Good luck getting anyone one the phone here. When you do they’re helpful, but I was told I had to drop the car off at the place we got it from. When I got to the collision center to pick my car up I asked the enterprise rental place there and I was told that I could have drove my rental car there and dropped it off instead of having to figure out get my car and get the rental car back to this facility. Anyways aside from that they were helpful in my distraction with my father and getting him a rental car. The car was damaged she said it was wear and tear which I would believe had it no been for the cracked windows right in the drivers face. We wasn’t charged for it but I feel that should be fixed before renting out the vehicle

Great service from this location! Very close and convenient to my home address. Employee Madison was great! Great personality and made sure the collision center took care of the rental balance owed on their end! 5⭐️Service! ?

Worst place to rent a car i reserved a car for 2 weeks and i came to pick it up at 2 pm they said no car as you only have 1 hour grace period to pick up the car from the time you picked . I have never heard of that and no message or a call about that. Wasted my time

Horrible. They don't honor reservations. Had reservation downgraded twice due to lack of inventory then eventually cancelled. Doesn't matter that I had reservation in place for over 2 weeks... Don't Use. Avoid. Go Elsewhere.

i reserved a car at the rowlett location at 2300 rowlett rd. on the evening at closing time a rude employee called to tell me they have no car for me. i was to pick it up at 730am the next mrng leaving me in a bind. the employee was very uncaring and rude. this is not how i have been treated for several years with enterprise. this little girl needs a new job field. i completely understand why many people has given this location poor reviews.

So not only did the car I received while my car was in the body shop already damaged but they told me I wouldn't even be driving in that car and ended up in a little Nissan which there was nothing wrong with but I had the car for a month and now all of a sudden I'm getting charged for tolls? It's a car rental company and I was without MY car so I just don't see how it's fair that I have to pay for anything especially tolls when MY car got wrecked not someone else's so honestly I got 0 stars for this place if I could horrible experience and I pray my car never gets in another wreck because I'll be damned if I end up with enterprise again

Excellent customer service from the young lady whose name starts with an X. Sorry can't recall her name so as to be able to spell it properly, but she is top shelf and gets five stars from me.

Well today I get a notification from my bank of a transaction , I called spoke to a rep and ask why the transaction, supposedly I said I wanted protection on my car , when I told him in a clear way that I did not want extra protection, so now I'm 500 dollars out of pocket , so I drove to enterprise in rowlett "2300 Rowlett Rd Unit 112 Rowlett, TX 75088 United States" And I ask if they can do anything about it , they said no , I'm very upset at enterprise right now , what ever happen to customer is always right , and I will get in contact with corporate office , I need my money back , just cause the office added the feature behind my back , posting this in cross platforms .

I am still in the rental at the moment but I just want to say my experience with Enterprise has been one that far exceeds what I expected the Forest Ln team was amazing from setting up the reservation to making this one to remember I just want to say thank you and job well done team work and amazing customer service……. We had a rental after an accident for two months. The rental was ended on September 26th by the insurance company and Enterprise DID NOT call us until October 3rd to tell us and now is charging us $300 for those days! We were out of the state and the truck was just sitting in our driveway. We could have returned it on the 26th if we had known. ?
