“Omg! The customer service was so good when I was here today. I was trying to get the discount on pillows with the Target Circle program. The cashier asked for someone to assist me and there were three other associates who tried to help me. I didn't think to get their names but they all went above and beyond. I was like it's ok don't worry about it but they insisted no we will get it figured out for you so you get the discount. I was just shocked good customer service is rare these days. Thank you all very much.”

“Tonight the Rowlett Target restored how I’ve been feeling towards shopping there! Not 1 but 2 people that served me acted like they loved their job , and they made returning and shopping (spending extra) easy ! My 19 year old even commented on their customer service ! We did not have the same experience the night before at a different location ( after spending close to 300.00 ?) it was very disappointing! It is amazing what a smile and a friendly attitude can do for retail! I often feel like that is lost , unless I’m at Chick Fil A and they have it down ! Thank you Rowlett for letting my son see the importance of a good attitude and a little effort!”

“People who work here are so friendly, and coffee machines are well maintained! My best 7-Eleven in America so far. P.S. I'm originally from Japan so 7-Eleven in Japan is different level, compared to JP 7-11 US 7-11 is ....so I was always disappointed but this one brew my mind(I used to like different states as well) !! Very clean and fully stock all the time !!”
