DO NOT TRUST THEM! We bought 4 new tires for our Ford F150 truck recently. When we checked online, the tires appeared to be in stock. We called the store to be sure, and they said the tires were in stock and they had more than enough to do our truck. When we arrived about 20 minutes later, we were told those tires were no longer in stock. We ended up having to pay more for upgraded tires. The technician needed the key to the wheel locks which was in the glove box. When we picked up our truck, not only did we have to pay more than expected, our glove box hinge was broken. The manager argued with us about the broken glove box and said they had not even opened it. Of course, he then handed me the key to the wheel lock which they got from my glove box.
We have been a long time customer from when we lived in Dallas and Plano. However we will NOT be back to the Rowlett location. They are dishonest in so many ways.

As always, great attitudes and service. Most of the time I was there they had either 3 or 4 team members helping customers, with 2 or 3 waiting in line. All were served as quickly as possible and with kindness.

Absolutely horrible service. Boy they wanna sell you stuff but don’t wanna get you in and out in a reasonable time frame. No way should I have to sit in a lobby for 2 1/2 - 3 hours for only 1 tire to be replaced. Not okay Discount Tire, not okay. Work on better customer service.

I do not want to go into my specific situation, however, Rowlett Discount Tire has earned a customer for life. Manager Chris went well above and beyond simple customer service. I cannot express enough my appreciation for his service.

The Associate, Eric had atrocious breath and a bad attitude. IF, I ever go back to this location I will be sure to avoid this SSA hole. When I ordered the tire Associate Devin was professional and exited great customer service skills. Management needs to coach and correct Eric, IMO.
