The Pharmacy is fantastic, very sweet and patient people. The customers seem like it's supposed to work like a mc Donald's line but I mean they're giving medications and they have liabilities.. Great place , nice people.. I'm glad they are there for me.

Always the most professional pharmacy. Everyone is teamwork and very knowledgeable.
Several times I needed a prescription immediately and they filled it for me.

Waited in line for 45 minutes just to get my prescription, then waited at the window for 5 minutes for them to finally greet me. The lady that helped me was super rude.

Pharmacists and technicians in this general Rowlett area must be underpaid and overworked because all of them are incredibly rude and unprofessional.

I want to commend the professionalism and excellent customer service of Lyn, pharmacist and pharmacy manager of CVS 8626 Lakeview Parkway. I had an encounter with Kenya, pharmacy tech, rude, poor communication skills - dismissed my issue without asking more info or checking whether they have the med that I needed to be exchanged. CVS needs proper training of their techs about good customer service and communication skills. If not for Lyn's excellent customer service, CVS deserves 1 or 0 star for bad customer service by a pharmacy tech.

If I could give 0 stars I would . Waited hours for 2 prescriptions to be filled get a notification that it’s ready after the pharmacy is closed.

Horrible attitudes from the pharmacy staff. They treat customers like an inconvenience and they never have medicines in stock. They told me my medicine would be ready at a certain time then I came to get it and they told me it'll be ready in 30 minutes. Seriously?

This place is the absolute slowest pharmacy I have ever used in my entire life. Everytime my dr sends over a script, they either tell me it will be ready at a certain time and it's not, or they just take forever filling the order. I can go to the craziest pharmacy, in the busiest town, and still be able to get my prescription in under an hour, especially if I wait. Not at this place. Here, you have to wait at least 6 hours to get any prescriptions. I completely understand the meaning of a very busy day, but come on. Some ppl need their meds asap because of pain, infection, and or suffering. If you are in a hurry and need some relief fast, do not use this pharmacy.

By far the worse CVS around. Unorganized and slow. The pharmacist and or their assistance barely speak English making it hard to understand what they are saying or asking you. Hope their reading skills are better when filling out the prescriptions.

Went to confirm they had prescription drug, they said they had it but that it would be ready at 4PM. Later they said it would be ready at 6 pm, and then at 7 pm. While going there a third time, i was told they did not have the medication and to look for another pharmacy. This is the third time it happens that they say they have the medication, but in fact they do not. It is okay if they do not have the medication, but please do tell people that you DO NOT have the medication, or do not confirm that you have it ready when you don’t , as it happened to the lady before me.

This pharmacy unfortunately has taken a turn for the worse it's a plethora of issues I do realize being a pharmacist can be quite challenging but when you sign up for something combined with ethics you must do your job correctly very misleading with come back in 30 minutes Medicine is Big pharmacy business it's a bit over their head so I won't completely place the blame on them but I will not be making excuses for the bad handling of customers

I recently had the misfortune of visiting my local CVS pharmacy, and I must say it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment lacked the basic standards of customer service and professionalism.First and foremost, the staff at CVS pharmacy seemed completely disinterested in assisting customers. They provided vague and unhelpful answers, clearly demonstrating their lack of knowledge and expertise.Overall, my experience at CVS pharmacy was nothing short of a disaster. With The lack of customer service, disorganization and uncleanliness I strongly advise others to seek alternative options for their pharmaceutical needs. The people working at the pharmacy themselves are telling people to try the Walgreens or target across the street.

Worse customer service for a pharmacy they seem to be over worked or under staffed by the way the employees act here especially the ones working in the pharmacy had a terrible lady by the name of Kenya she was very rude and short not helpful or understanding in anyway glad these calls are recorded so they can hear exactly what she needs to work on. She also admitted to the machines giving incorrect prescription info and had no answers or solutions for the problem.She was upset by me asking for help.
