I used to like this pharmacy the lady that does the Rx with the brown hair older one going to tell the guy pharmacy tech Dylan that he need to hurry up with me and move on to the next one I couldn’t believe she even said that like I was wasting too much time trying to figure out my Rx issue I’m going to move all my prescriptions to the hospital pharmacy at least I will know the exact issue instead of getting pushed out the way .

Minute Clinic is not bad. Providers may seem "rude" but could also be interpreted as trying to be efficient, especially with everything that is in the air now, and getting people seen. However, recently sat in pharmacy drive-thru line for 35 minutes waiting for one person ahead of me to quit arguing with the CVS employee. This was simply bad Pharmacy management as there were four cars behind me. Once I got to the window I was gone in 3 minutes. So those two wasted all our time. And 1:30 - 2 pm is Pharmacy "lunch" time? Hire another Pharmacist!! But CVS is publicly traded so the dollar wins again and the patients lose ...

Slow in every department. Look, the folks there are definitely nice. They’re just overwhelmed. Waited 30 minutes in pharmacy line to be told it would be ready in another 30 minutes. Tried to buy propane. The guy in front of me started an application for some kind of CVS membership. There was literally only one non-self-checkout register and this guy tied it up with what is apparently some kind of 10+ minute ordeal. I will evaluate every other pharmacy in a 30 mile radius before I ever step foot in this store again.

How CVS stays in business is beyond me. Go across the street to Walgreens. In October went to pick up two prescriptions, I was texted they were both filled. I could see both in my online account. I went to pick them up, and they only had one. The incompetent person running the window refused to help and closed the window. My doctor was able to get them to fix the issue 3 weeks later. I went to pick the prescription up today, their system is down, and they want me to wait at least 20 minutes for a reboot. Again, the window was closed on me, as I was trying to explain to them this is unacceptable.

I switched to this pharmacy location when I had given up on the one on Pleasant Valley and Firewheel Pkwy, but this one is going down the drain as well. Always busy/understaffed, and the staff that is there takes their sweet time to do everything. 20 minutes to rerun my rx with the coupon that they should've told me about in the first place? I could do that in 2 minutes when I worked as a tech but apparently the pharmacist needs 10x as much time. Forget the fact that I was already in line for 35 minutes.

I just had a terrible phone call with the pharmacist! I was calling to see how long my adderall order would take to fill. There is a shortage nationally but that’s not my fault. Pharmacist was rude and unprofessional. She stated there’s a shortage and there’s nothing to do about it. No alternative options were given. Just a flat out don’t have it. There’s a shortage and if the distributor can’t produce it then tough. It’s obvious she didn’t care. I’m not sure why cvs would employ someone with prejudice against neurodivergent people. She could have at least offered to check surrounding pharmacies, or suggest I ask my prescriber to change my script to a different mg that is more prevalent. It’s a good thing I’ve been dealing with this condition for years and know my alternative options. If this happened to someone who was recently diagnosed they would be SOL. If I had not asked her to specifically check other locations she would have hung up after making her blanket statement. Really? Is it not your job to help people in need? Pathetic service. If she was having a bad day, fine. There’s no reason to take it out on a customer. Alternative options are available for this situation and could have been provided. Ignorance is not the issue here. The only conclusion I can come to if she is tired of dealing with people calling about the shortage. I have never felt so embarrassed and belittled for asking for help.

I made an appointment for my dad at the MinuteClinic to get his ears cleaned. He primarily speaks Spanish and I live an hour away so I told him to call me if he needed help. While at his appointment, he calls me for help translating. I’m listening to the woman taking his intake ask him questions, and she is incredibly inpatient and rude. At one point she said “I need a yes or no” and when I finally showed my annoyance by her attitude, she told my dad to hang up the phone. My dad is the type of patient that wants to make sure the dr has all the information necessary, so he describes what he feels. To her, this was too much, especially needing to wait for me to translate. I have been going to appointments with my dad and translating my whole life and we have NEVER encountered a provider as rude selfish, and impatient as the one who helped him on this day.

Went to fill a prescription, I asked the cost BEFOrE i had them fill it, was told $12, came back and now the price is $40. They tried to remedy only after i told them that I will get it filled at another store. Came down to 24 but did not put the Dr. Prescribed spacer in with the RX.

There has to be a level of incompetence that one has achieved in their life if they are working in this CVS pharmacy. Some where along the line, their life wanted them to keep going, yet, they took a turn for the worse; either they are fresh out of pharmacy school (which I find hard to believe) or they are the worst of the worst among pharmacists, and this is their last job, and one write up away from losing it. Either way, it’s bad news for the customers.Go to any other pharmacy. Any place else…just avoid this one if you value your life, medical history, and future wellness.
