My visit to CVS this morning was a breath of fresh air, I had a coupon on my phone and didn’t know how to redeem it, but the nice Lady working the register was Awesome she took care of everything, very professional & friendly. Now days it seems that this kind of service is rare, but she showed me there are still folks out there doing a Great Job and it shows through their smiles and kindness!!!

I really love this location! I’ve been a customer for a couple of years now, and recently had a wonderful experience with the manager, Victor. As an elderly lady, I truly appreciated the time he took to help me find my vitamins and make sure I got my coupons and deals at the coupon center. Even though he was clearly busy assisting other customers, he multitasked effortlessly and still made sure I got the help I needed.
One thing I’ve noticed, though, is that this location could really benefit from having more than two employees per shift. With responsibilities like cashiering, processing passports, and helping customers like me, it’s a lot for just a couple of people to handle. Still, Victor kept a positive attitude and managed everything at the front with great professionalism.
I know I’m a little late posting this review, but this happened just a few days ago, and I wanted to make sure his efforts didn’t go unnoticed.

Pharmacy service is Horrible. Kayla was super rude. Waited all day for a prescription that I was told was going to be ready at 10:40am. Then when I get to store they give me attitude. Angel was also super rude. I will be contacting corporate as well as Eric the store manager

I have reviewed this store before and unfortunately it has only gotten worse! I am now being told that they will not let me pick up my prescriptions because the computer is down and they “have no way to sell or even look up a prescription without the system working and they have no idea when it will be back up” This is CVS, a multimillion dollar company, how do you NOT have protocols in place for if the computer stops working? That is unacceptable! These are people’s medications, some need them to STAY ALIVE. I highly doubt there is not a downtime procedure in place, they just aren’t trained at this location or simply don’t want to do it cuz it’s a lot of paperwork. The sales associate was completely dismissive and lacked even the slightest bit of compassion. Why work in a healthcare, customer service driven position if you have no desire to help people? Do better.

Went to take a flu shot atoms nd 9:00 am and it was straightforward. Very professional and friendly staff. Seema, who give me the flu shot was great.

You probably shouldn't let the rude lady interact with customers. My husband had a bad experience with her in person and she was incredibly rude on the phone. Our experience with other employees has always been great but today was awful.

CVS needs to hire people that want to work first pharmacy stop taking calls now we in line at window 30 min or more only 4 cars in front me ridiculous get it together care about your patients or you wouldn’t get a paycheck

Came in with my daughter just randomly and the very feminine guy worker attempted to call me a name/joke about my appearance. Not sure what role he plays in the store but it's giving messy and unprofessional. I suggest you worry about ur own status before you try to randomly find people/customers to pick on I will be reaching out to the manager.
