Stop to get gas. After giving me $3.05 of my $20 it shut off. When I inquired she told me that it would take up to 3 days to get a refund. I'm thinking I'm not going to get a refund and I think I just got ripped off. She said it was a problem with the pumps. I said you need to fix your pumps so people don't get ripped off. Don't ever come here!!!!!

Not open 24 hr people don’t say anything to you at the counter and when they do it’s rude especially the skinny lady there don’t go here go to the Valero got better service and price they cheaper and more better I never go to circle k unless it a emergency where I have to

This was my second time at this Circle. K which I went for the sip and save program. The first time I came in the guy just waved me on. This time when I arrived up to the counter the gale said we don't do sip and save program here. She then rang me up for $2.56. I have to agree with the previous reviewer that this female staff person was rude to meIn conclusion--don't go to this Circle k for sip and save.It would be nice if Circle K could have a different color pointer on the Google map app that would be a indicator to the consumer not to stop at those stores--just an Idea

Rude staff. I was attempting to purchase the package powered donuts and when I arrived to the counter not only did I not get greeted the staff told me that the package of donuts were $7.99; i proceeded to tell the lady working the counter the tag says $4.29 she just repeated herself and refused to price check the item. Safe to say I left and went to another store where they price check their items and greet their customers. I won’t be back ever.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I walked in the store and walked right to the register to pre pay for some gas and I was never greeted or helped even though there was some guy at the front twittling his thumbs behind the register sitting down. Finally after about 2 minutes of waiting some other guy came up and helped me. I could tell he had an attitude from the moment he walked up to me. The first thing he said when he saw me was "what" not any sort of "welcome, how may I help you" or anything that would be a warm welcome into the store. I asked to put $15 on my station and showed him my coupon for 10 cents off a gallon. He immediately said "no we don't do that here, thats not gonna work here" and was super rude about it. He shook his head and acted like I was the worst person ever for asking about it. I wasn't aggressive at all either, I had simply asked about the coupon since I was putting $15 on a station. Needless to stay, I told him I'd go elsewhere since he wasn't able to accommodate me and thankfully the Circle K in Garland was able to help me out! Thank you Circle K in Garland!
