“I've been a member since 1999. ZBC is committed to enriching, equipping, and instructing to impact the world. Once a member, you have a church family for life even if your path goes another direction. My family is well supported with love and is allotted various opportunities to serve and use our gifts. ZBC is "not a perfect church, but it is a Bible teaching, Christ centered church."”

“We have been members since 92ish. We just came to church for the first couple of years and then we had a new baby with problems. I told my husband to call the church.
I didn't grow up in church but I remembered when something went wrong, my Mamaws church always showed up. What I didn't realize at the time was that her church was small and they all knew what was going on. Not the same for a mega church. So he called and people came to the hospital to pray with us and just sat with us if we wanted. They told us about Life Groups. Many surgeries and many visits from the church, when our baby was healthy we went back to church and began checking out Life Groups. I can tell you that 28 years later we still have friends from that very class.
I love our church home. When our oldest son was killed, our church family showed up day after day. They loved us through another heart ache.
There have been a lot of changes in our church home but not in our God. He is ALWAYS loving and kind and always provides.”

“Hadnt been to a church in over 20 years. Had no will to seek God. A friend took me here and I just felt something. Pastor Lash makes me wanna keep coming back. Another man named Paul made me feel welcome with his first hugging embrace. I never thought i would say I love a church, but this one grabbed my heart and is helping to heal my soul”

“Beautiful Catholic Church near beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard east of Dallas in Rockwall. I attended the Christmas midnight Mass while visiting from out of town. The Altar area is elevated and centered so that viewing is excellent no matter where you sit. Before Mass an orchestra of stringed instruments played Christmas songs accompanied by a choir with beautiful voices who sung. The violins and cellos were so captivating that tears of joy filled my eyes! Mass was eloquently done with a feeling of holiness surrounding the whole church’s congregation. Love, humility, respect, and beauty of celebrating Christ’s birthday at Our Lady of the Lake was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend to anyone to attend this beautiful church, you will not be disappointed. I will be attending Mass again whenever I am in the area. Due to my heartwarming feelings, I have found my new church home away from home.”

“St. Pius Catholic Church is pretty much 7-8 miles away from Garland, downtown Dallas, and downtown Mesquite. A spiritual home to many, the ambient lighting is always welcoming, like Jesus’ outstretched arms above the altar. We don’t come here often, but the times I’ve visited or attended Mass here, it’s usually full, despite the ample parking.”
