WONDERFUL support! Specifically towards Alicia, I went into the building and she was there to happily greet me. Her knowledge of the Bank services were top tier, the communication was amazing and I felt more than “just a needy customer” thank you Alicia. I will be requesting your assistance next time I need helpful information.

Tried calling for aid in a question about the process of buying out my student loans from whatever company to be all on my banking app to easier pay it off without this other company selling it off for the 5th time...any one one can answer the phone... I just need to know what to all bring to have all the Info needed to make this transition happen. I called 2x and sat in a multi loop of auto voice lady 6x each. Once I was hung up on because I was too slow to hit the button to go back to main menu to hit the button to talk to an associate... guess I'll call another store... since this one seems to hold its standard of low star service ratings...

Charged money to cash a check that they made. $8 is ridiculous go to a check cash place they charge less.

They give me hard time to make my check to cash . They don’t give me right inf and they send me to different bank and they don’t help me too until when I go to Plano to find another Bank of America then they fixed my transaction

I have been a Bank of America customer since Nations Bank. I come to this location often, and the tellers are really nice and professional. However, if you want to get something notarized please make an appointment. They will never assist you for that as a walk in:; at least that has been my experience for the 3rd time.

Absolutely horrible service. Couldn’t do a simple wire and told me they were booked up with appointment. Branch was entirely empty.

Do not! I repeat do not get a mortgage from Rob Ferrar here at BofA…. He is literally scamming people into high rates disguising them as “good deals”. He does not care about high down payments he wants the lowest down and he will offer you grants… DO NOT take these grants… it is not free money!!!! The come with VERY high interest rates. He offered me horrible deals and can’t believe he actually offers people these kinds of things… tried to get me to sign an 8% loan even with 100k down!!! Stay away!!

Bankofamerica care to explain why both my business account and personal accounts have been closed without any notice? Or why I don't have the right to know why? I don't care about the personal side, but MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!! You're closure supervisor needs to learn how to speak to customers of 22 YEARS!!!! THIS IS ENOUGH TO PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS. The audacity of your people to speak to me with an attitude.If you bank at BANK OF AMERICA, I suggest going elsewhere. Since Covid this bank has turned to absolute trash. When I was calling earlier, I also noticed that BOA is an online bank. Somehow without knowing I became a BOA customer instead of BANK OF AMERICA private bank.That's right, BofA is the online bank that can be serviced at Bank of America private locations.Looks like I'll be sitting in the branch today until I get an explanation as well as the funds that were in my account.If you have the urge to share this please do. I want everyone to know how Bank of America treats long time customers and give expectations to the new.For the location I'd love to leave 5 stars but I will forever boycott anything with the Bank of America name on it.This location is filled with good people. Nothing but good to say about them. The bank manager and I had a great conversation while she was depositing my funds. The future was looking great. Even got set up to speak with a merchant services person to broaden my relationship with the bank. This was less than 12 hours before my account was closed.
