the location is a disaster at best… no security, no one to help in anything.

They would not notarize legal paper’s because it says a name by a guardian. I asked if they would like to see the gaurdianship paperwork and they said they still wouldn’t notarize. I am a member at this bank and I had to go to a different bank to get my paperwork notarized makes me think about my membership at BOA

Bankofamerica care to explain why both my business account and personal accounts have been closed without any notice? Or why I don't have the right to know why? I don't care about the personal side, but MY BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!! You're closure supervisor needs to learn how to speak to customers of 22 YEARS!!!! THIS IS ENOUGH TO PUT ME OUT OF BUSINESS. The audacity of your people to speak to me with an attitude. If you bank at BANK OF AMERICA, I suggest going elsewhere. Since Covid this bank has turned to absolute trash. When I was calling earlier, I also noticed that BOA is an online bank. Somehow without knowing I became a BOA customer instead of BANK OF AMERICA private bank. That's right, BofA is the online bank that can be serviced at Bank of America private locations. Looks like I'll be sitting in the branch today until I get an explanation as well as the funds that were in my account. If you have the urge to share this please do. I want everyone to know how Bank of America treats long time customers and give expectations to the new. For the location I'd love to leave 5 stars but I will forever boycott anything with the Bank of America name on it. This location is filled with good people. Nothing but good to say about them. The bank manager and I had a great conversation while she was depositing my funds. The future was looking great. Even got set up to speak with a merchant services person to broaden my relationship with the bank. This was less than 12 hours before my account was closed.

Bank of America is the worst bank I’ve ever used. I only opened the account because of an estate requirement. I’ll never use them again!!

This place has a group of ATMs, there is a phone that can get you to a banker if you need to talk to someone. In order to get into the place you swipe your Debit card and the door unlocks, which gives you a measure of safety when you are in the glass enclosed store. Convenient to the Tom Thumb, Petco, and restaurants in this shopping center I see no problems with it.

I went inside it was like a breath of fresh air! The manager is still there super nice and sweet! New faces too, I'm glad y'all are open again, and Thank you Mery for the help!!!

Why does this Branch even exist? You can't go inside right now. They don't have an exterior ATM. The most inconvenient location ever.

I love this Bank of America.... the other reviews saying they aren’t open and times are incorrect... it is an advanced center you have to use your debit/credit card to get in...

This bank branch does not have tellers. Only an ATM that only dispenses up to $3000. Not convenient at all if you need more than that. I was not impressed.
