I brought my son's (who's Autistic and having a meltdown without his phone) phone to this location after he'd done something to it. Ricardo met me at the door and fixed it in 1 minute. I was so appreciative. He was friendly and knew what to do right away!! Thank you so much!! My son was very happy to say the least!!

Ricardo saved me today!!!Spent over an hour on the phone and they could not get one of our company iPads service working... Came into store, and he was able to figure it out and have it up and running within 5 minutes.He was helpful, kind, and extremely knowledgeable!Highly recommend him for any needs you have!

They helped us out as soon as we walked in. Helped us changed a SIM card, updated our phone numbers, and scheduled our technician installation. We are highly satisfied and happy to switch from Verizon. Thanks, AT&T! By the way, your internet is way better. Thanks!

Joey is the best!! I had to take a very important test that required my laptop to be verified through 2 factor authentication with my phone number, but my iPhone 11 wasn’t working so I couldn’t log in to take my test. My phone wasn’t receiving messages and it kept turning off and on and not letting me type in my passcode. It keeps spinning and bugging out. We rushed to the AT&T store and got there five minutes before closing. Joey came and tried to resolve the issue with my phone, but he was unable to get it back on (not his fault at all my phone was seriously going crazy) and he suggested that we get a new phone since we had an update available. Even though it was past closing time, he still helped us get a new phone for myself. I ended up getting an iPhone 14 Pro, much better than my iPhone 11. He put on a new case and a screen protector as well as helped my mom get a new screen protector for her phone. Miraculously, my old phone came on for a bit so we were able to transfer all my info to my new phone, which I was very grateful for, otherwise everything would’ve been lost. (Make sure to back up your phones people!) Joey was very patient and kind throughout the process and truly wanted to help so I could take my test and not be left phoneless. Management, if you’re reading this, give Joey a raise!!!!!! He saved me!!!!! Thanks Joey!

Called the store to ask about a recent switch and was HUNG UP ON in mid sentence. AT&T has treated me poorly since I switched over and I think I’m just going to switch back. I will never use this service again.

They did not help me upgrade phone or transfer to first-net they told me their store doesn’t have anything to do with the process, but after looking online,the process does have to start with the store. It seems like they just wanted to brush me off so they could go home. They are very serviceable when they are trying to get commission to sign you up but when you actually need help don’t even bother coming here.
