“After just two months at Marquis Rockwall, I can say this: The residential buildings are attractive and well laid out. The grounds and shrubs are spotless and well trimmed. The community is well located, within relatively easy reach of offices, stores, etc.. I've found the entire staff to be pleasant, and willing to answer questions, and to provide guidance. Some of the amenities I don't need, but I do enjoy the wonderful pool. Residents have made a point to welcome me, and to help me to blend in. Many Marquis-sponsored social events are offered. The atmosphere is very quiet. I have no regrets for having decided to relocate here.”

“I’m a resident here at Spring Pointe and I just wanna give a HUGE COMPLIMENT to BRANDI for being the best manager here!!!! When she first started she transformed the leasing office into a nice relaxing set up and has always given her best and she’s the sweetest person I have ever met! If I have any issues or maintenance requests she has them come out immediately to get the situation fixed. She always has time and patience to listen to me as a resident. When I first moved in, I had Gavin as a landlord and he did nothing to help compared to what Brandi had done for me! If you are looking for a nice apartment close to plano, this property is very beautiful and I recommend you to talk to Brandi as she can help you find the right apartment that fits your needs and wants. I give her 5 stars but if i could she would be given a Million because she just the sweetest and nicest person here. Thank you for all that you do BRANDI ❤️❤️❤️???????”

“I’ve been living in this apartments since 2018 they have improved a lot! It’s a nice place to live in. Very quiet very private and safe. I haven’t had any issues with anyone the neighbors are friendly (most of them) The management do an amazing and they also do fun activities for the kids like Easter Halloween etc! The only thing I dislike is the trash container they moved all the trash to the other side of the apartment complex so you have to walk with heavy bags to where ever there’s a empty container!”

“Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. It’s an overall very quiet neighborhood. Great place to live if you want feel a little bit insulated from the “hustle and bustle””

The manager Zina was very nice and asked for my information and said she would call me if anything became available. I loved her customer service. Everyone in the office was very helpful. “Overall, my experience with Casa Luna Apartments is great. The approval process was smooth (my credit was bad but was able to get approved). The apartment i am in is a renovated model which i didn't know i was getting until i moved in which is nice. Not a lot of maintaince issues but whenever it was an issue, i put in my request and they came by as soon as possible. There are neighbors that smoke weed A LOT which sucks. My only gripe is the rent being too high but i think thats anywhere you go now. the renewal process was as smooth as me getting in initially and all in all, i am glad i have a place with casa luna.”
