“After just two months at Marquis Rockwall, I can say this: The residential buildings are attractive and well laid out. The grounds and shrubs are spotless and well trimmed. The community is well located, within relatively easy reach of offices, stores, etc.. I've found the entire staff to be pleasant, and willing to answer questions, and to provide guidance. Some of the amenities I don't need, but I do enjoy the wonderful pool. Residents have made a point to welcome me, and to help me to blend in. Many Marquis-sponsored social events are offered. The atmosphere is very quiet. I have no regrets for having decided to relocate here.”
“We've been living here since September, and so far, we like it here. Whenever we put in a Maintenance order, they come the very next day ?. The rent is decent for the 1 bedroom we have, even though it just went up for our new lease....
The office staff is super sweet as well. We haven't had any problems in these apartments. The area surrounding the apartments is very nice. The only things that worry me is the car break ins and the shooting that happened a week ago. The people here drive so fast in the parking lot, almost ran us over once..but thats due to people who live here. Nothing to do with the managment and how they run these apartments. They definitely try to keep this place in order.
I won't say they're the best since we've only lived here for a few months; who knows what's to come, but it sure is better than the apartments we used to stay in.”

I can't say enough good things about Richardo, our maintenance manager, he has helped us several times and is prompt and courteous. Really appreciate him.”

“I've been a resident of Spring Pointe Apartments for over 4 years and I've seen my share of changes, good and bad, which includes management, tenants, maintenance and staff. As for current property owner Valiant Residential and Property Manager, Lyric Parker, I have nothing but good things to say. From my experience, both Ms. Lyric and her staff are pleasant and professional people to work with. Ms. Lyric is reliable and attentive. Whenever I had an issue or a complaint, she never hesitated to address the matter. She's very understanding and helpful. I've never had an issue with maintenance. Whenever something needed repair, they were prompt and efficient in getting it done. Thanks Ms. Lyric for everything.”

“The Bel Air apartments are great!! Starting with great staff the whole experience is wonderful! They help you find an apartment that is right for you! The maintenance team is very responsive and are good at their trade! Trust me!! These two teams can make or break your experience!! The garage, pool and other amenities are top of the line!! Their location in Downtown Plano is amazing. The stores, restaurants and entertainment is non-stop!”

“Apartment manager (Sasha) and maintenance are extremely responsive and respectful. I would give 6 stars to them if I could. It’s another perk of not living in a massive unit. “The new management team, led by apartment manager Virginia Mancera is very professional, caring and efficient. If you have a maintenance issue they address it immediately and try to get it resolved. The maintenance and cleaning teams are also very professional and thorough. I appreciate their hard work under some very difficult circumstances sometimes. I have lived in apartments most of my adult life and seen many apartment managers come and go. Virginia Mancera is one of the best, if not the best, apartment manager I’ve come across. She is highly professional and very caring and friendly in working with you and helping take care of whatever problem you may have. I highly recommend her and her staff.”

“Overall, my experience with Casa Luna Apartments is great. The approval process was smooth (my credit was bad but was able to get approved). The apartment i am in is a renovated model which i didn't know i was getting until i moved in which is nice. Not a lot of maintaince issues but whenever it was an issue, i put in my request and they came by as soon as possible. There are neighbors that smoke weed A LOT which sucks. My only gripe is the rent being too high but i think thats anywhere you go now. the renewal process was as smooth as me getting in initially and all in all, i am glad i have a place with casa luna.”

“First; I still live here and just renewed a 2nd lease here. Reading these other reviews are comical to me because they must be living in a different complex. There is no way that there are holes in the ceiling, water running from everywhere, black & brown water, and the wealth of other complaints. I have literally seen 2 roaches since I have lived here and zero bed bugs! That can be combatted with regular cleaning and use diatomaceous earth [all natural, no chemicals, and found at the feed store] in the apartment on a regular basis. Now let me tell you the truth on this place; we have a 2 bedroom all bills paid and a pet rent and pay approximately $1K a month. Nowhere else, you will find that. This place is pet friendly and offers my girl a pet yard to run in without a leash. There is a playground for the kiddos, several picnic tables, and we have a pool. Recently I have noticed security patrolling the parking lot; which is excellent. My husband and I both work and have never had issues with sleeping. Our neighbors work too and are respectful. In the entire time I have been here I have never had to call the police for noise complaints, and never had to report to the office for noise either. The kids like to be kids here. There is a lot of bike riding, cell phone watching, kids chattering and laughing, boys playing football or catch, and kids being kids. I have never had a window broken and have never had an issue with them. I get along with my neighbors and consider this place a pretty cool place to live. I have seen it get better very recently in fact; I had to call around noon to call in a work order and when I got home at 5:30pm it was completed! I made it a point to stop by the office and thank the manager; because that was fast, and I appreciated her for that. I have always told people living in apartments is what you make it; there will be noise, there will be kids, there will be wait time on maintenance. That is apartment living; live with it or move into a house”
