Amiable person who was meticulous in not only patching my flat, but also added air into my spare. On top of that, he noticed my hands were dirty after I changed to a spare and offered me to wash my hands.

Hit a friggin curb and ruined a tire.
They were open till 7 and took me in to correct the issue.
Had a tire that would work.
Professional service with no bull about fixing it
Highly recommend this shop instead of a commercial shop.

Took my wheel to this place for a straight forward patch as my friend at another tire shop was off and needed a quick patch. This place patched the tire for pretty cheap however, it was still leaking air after the patch.
Had my friend take a look at why it was still leaking and this shop put too much ware on the tire and caused the wires to be exposed. Their patch did not cover all the wires they exposed as you can see circled in green which caused the tire to continue to leak.
Due to this shoddy patch from this American Tire Shop place, we had to plug it rather than having a patch. This is a $300+ tire that is 2 months old and only has 2000 miles on it. Not sure if this was on purpose or the technician just lacked experience/attention to detail. If you have a tire that needs to be patched for cheap and don't mind if they ruin your tire, give this place a shot. If you care that the job is done correctly, I would look elsewhere.

This morning I discovered my left rear tire was flat from sustained damage. I hobbled into this shop and the mechanic quickly greeted me and asked what was going on. I told him and asked whether I needed to replace the entire tire or simply plug it. He proceeded to remove and inspect the tire and promptly informed me I'd need to replace it entirely due to the location of the damage. He circled it in white and showed me the puncture. However, he didn't have the tire size I needed, so he put my spare on and suggested elsewhere for me to go. I had my groceries in my trunk, where my spare was located, and he helped me put them in my back seat. Honestly, that spoke volumes to me.
I wanted to pay him for his time, but he insisted it was fine.
Amazing customer service. Quick turn around (in my case). I will certainly be coming back here.

Support the little guy! This duo is quick and efficient in changing tires and light suspension work. Their prices are reasonable, and they have lightly used tires for sale for most vehicles.

I used to go to Hamms in Dallas before I moved to Rowlett but I have found my new home for tires and repair. The crew is extremely nice and hard working. They have good deals on used tires and even better deals on new tires. If you want new, he will have to order but that means he can get them same day usually. I would pick this place 10 times over before I ever went to discount tire or NTB
