It's not often that I find a city with a store like this. Good incontinence supplies can be a scarce commodity at times, but this place sells some of the best products on the market! Friendly staff, and excellent location to boot. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast, friendly service. My husband had ankle surgery and after an hour using the hospital-issued crutches, decided to get a knee scooter. Dr. Matthew Britt’s office in Rockwall recommended ACG Medical Supplies, but instead of driving to pick it up, we called and they had the scooter delivered the same day for a reasonable delivery charge. Money well spent. The delivery man was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this company for excellent customer service.

I have been struggling to find supplies for wound treatment. ACG Medical Supplies has had exactly what I need. Vanessa was very helpful today. When purchasing, your supplies are saved in their system so you get what you need. I do not know how prices compare because CVS, Walgreens, and Walmart do not carry the items I need. I have had to wait several days for an Amazon Prime delivery so even if prices are slightly higher, I don’t have to wait and I am supporting a local business. Thank you so much!

I had the worst experience with store they make me feel like I stole the item I was returning sorry I did not have my receipt I know I bought the item they did not have me in the computer the guy that help me was not there if he would have been there this would not happen but its OK God knows I bought them and that is all that matters I will never ever go back to this place

So overpriced, it is beyond a joke. Walked in yesterday asking about the electric motor lifting recliners. The salesman said the "Basic" models started at $1000.00. I had seen the same chair on Amazon for $350.00 so I asked why the price was so high. The sales person said the chairs on Amazon were "Cheap and would break". OK, fair enough. If their chairs are 3X more money, the warrantly must be for life, right ? NOPE, just 12 months (Same as the Amazon Chairs) I like to shop locally when I can however this business thinks because they sell "Medical" supplies that entitles them to mark things up to a point it is beyond rediculous. Shop around before you let them rip you off. Places like this are exactly why medical costs are so high. Case in point, Another one star review on this page experienced the same price gouging with a "Used" wheelchair for $200.00 when the same chair new was available at Walmart for $118.00.

Darrell should be ashamed of himself. My father talked about a 1400 chair and upsold him into an 1800 dollar chair, and he is on a fixed income, leaving him with 600 for the month, was willing to exchange it but one of his employees said if it was soiled he was stuck with it, however it wasn't soiled, it has a small blood spot from his right elbow where he had fallen, and he didn't get the arm chair covers that were to come with it or it wouldn't have been an issue so they did nothing and he had to keep his chair. Not good business practices, and would not recommend

Our family has used these folks for over three decades. If they don't have the item or just don't carry it in their inventory they will quickly try to refer you to a source to get it. Located next to Aldi at Rowlett Road and Highway 66 they are convenient to the Lake Ray Hubbard community.
