Slurpee taste like toilet water and one of the cashiers overcharged me for the dollar snacks I got.

I walk in during my shortened lunch to grab a fountain drink, and the lady at the counter says, "cash only." I turn around and go rummage thru my car for the dollar in change i need. I go back in and walk to the back and the fountain drinks are out of order, but miraculously the slurpee machines work. Time was running out so i get a slurpee. I wait in line... Tick tock... Get to the front and ask the guy if he can charge me for a fountain drink since my only option was a slurpee. He refused so, not only did they waste my time getting cash, he wasted more of my time because i still had to stop at racetrack for a drink. It was a dollar difference, and if they had the machine up or took my card then i could have gotten a drink. Thanks for ruining my lunch. I will make sure to go to racetrac every time. Their store is cleaner, better stocked, and the service is much better. I'm so glad the 711 by my house isn't like this dirty store.

Clean and well-stocked store. The daytime clerk was pleasant. Decent prices on fuel and great slurpees.

Saturday, August 5th,2023 8:23pm I went in to get a roll of quarters, they told me they didn't have quarters… Being someone who worked at 7-Eleven previously, I knew that wasn't possible UNLESS they had a sorry excuse of a manager who didn't fill the safe up that morning. I said whatever and went to the car. Told my mother, WHO ALSO WORKED AT 7-ELEVEN PREVIOUSLY FOR 11 YEARS what happened. She went inside, and they lied again and said they did not have quarters even though we all know you always have spare in the safe. We were asking for $10 worth of quarters Not To break $100 bill for a packet of peanuts. Franchise or corporate, your employees are turning away money.

Yonas was super rude to both my daughter and I and his customer service sucks. I called the 1-800 complaint number about him and I really hope something gets done. He is so unprofessional and after asking if I could speak to a manager on their store number he told me “Get the hell out the store and go find the number yourself”. He proceeded with his phone conversation as I asked again to speak with another manager after he told me he was store manager.
