We love taking our dogs into Woof Gang to pick out a few treats. Our pup's favorite treats are the soft little hearts. We also turn to them for dog birthday cakes as they have the cutest ones! The staff even write your dog's name on the cake holder if you request it. The store is always clean and well stocked with pet supplies and pet splurges, if you're into that. We have not tried the grooming yet, but my dog tries to go back there every time! The staff at the desk are sweet and always redirect her with a treat. All the groomed dogs come out looking so posh, so we'll be trying it out soon.

Great service and friendly staff. My dog had never been groomed and they were extra careful with her. She looks amazing. Highly recommend!

I have been wrestling for a few months on whether or not to leave a review, but after thinking about it long and hard, I have decided I need to do a review to save other dogs from unnecessary injury. I used to love this place. They were my "go to" groomers for over a year, even choosing them over a less expensive option that was closer to my house. Something has changed there in the last 9 months. My sweet little rescue dog (who absolutely LOVES to be groomed and is as docile as can be, as reported by my vet as well as other groomers that have worked on him), got a pretty deep nick on his leg, two grooms ago. I didn't think much about it. Mistakes happen, doggos move, people get distracted, things happen. However, the last time he was groomed here (a few months ago) he was MAJORLY cut. I mean major. He's a 15 pound dog, and they opened up a dime sized wound on his ribcage.... And didn't have the honor or guts to let us know. They tried their best to hide it. I was wondering why his grooming took way longer than usual (they usually have a pretty quick turn around time, which I have always LOVED... your dog isn't sitting in a kennel for 8 hours waiting to go through the assembly line)... so I didn't think much about it when we finally got to pick him up. We got him home and he was unusually timid with playing with his brother dog, and we chalked it up to him maybe being tired. It wasn't until later in the evening when he was laying on the sofa, did we notice a MASSIVE gash on his side, roughly the diameter of a dime... and on a small, 15 pound dog, that's a pretty big wound. I wondered why they hadn't shaved him down as short as usual for a summer cut, and there was the answer. They were trying to hide what they had done by keeping the coat longer. I was pissed. We took him to the vet the next day and the vet told us the window to fix it without traumatizing the dog was way closed. If they had called us and let us know what happened, at the time it happened, we could have run him to the vet to have a couple of sutures thrown in, so he would have a small scar and an easy healing process. But they didn't. They hid it. They didn't say JACK about what they had done. Instead they left our dog with a gaping wound on his side that they probably hit with multiple, painful rounds of a steptic stick to stop the bleeding, and then passed him off like nothing happened, completely depriving us of the opportunity to get him properly sutured and cared for. This is egregious. This little dog is a rescue and went through a HORRIFIC first 6 years of his life, being terribly, physically neglected and abused. He finally felt safe with us, knowing we would never let anyone hurt him again, and he had actually gotten to a point where he LOVED being groomed, and this place destroyed a lot of trust and progress by not caring about anything but money. I'm a super laid back person as a rule and had they called me and said "we're so sorry... but this happened and he needs a couple stitches" I would have totally been okay with it and understood accidents happen. But they didn't. They injured a dog, then denied it the immediate medical care / remedy it should have had, and THEN they tried to HIDE it. Accidents happen, but that's not an accident. That's a deliberate coverup, to the detriment of the dog. It took over a month for the wound to finally heal, even with the salve from the vet. It was that big and that deep. We have moved on and are now paying significantly more for a mobile groomer to groom him, but it's worth it to us. His new groomer was STUNNED when she saw the gaping scar. She said she can't even imagine how it could have possibly happened, barring complete and total incompetence (ie someone who has no idea, experience or training on how to groom a dog). This place used to be great, but has become increasingly dangerous over this last year. Not sure what's up with that, but we will never put one of our dogs at risk again by taking

Cool store with all kinds of treats, cookies, and cakes. The mix and match dog treats on the table make it easy to get a little bit of everything while not breaking the bank.

I came here to order a birthday cake for my baby girl's first birthday and I couldn't be happier! It was surprisingly difficult to find dog birthday cakes in the area, so I was happy to find a dog bakery that had good size/shape/color options for a dog cake. I ended up choosing Woof Gang because I saw a cake with a honeycomb design and my pup's name is Honey, so I thought it was a perfect match. I ordered a 4in cake and just said I'd like it to be pink with yellow honeycomb on it and I was not expecting them to go above and beyond with the cake decor! The cake was SO CUTE. It also fed 5 small dogs, so it was the perfect size for her party. I will definitely be coming back for future puppy party needs!

I have two miniature aussies and they do so well with them! One is pretty anxious and everyone is always so patient and good with him! I have tried many many different groomers in the area and think Woof Gang is the best!

Hands down the best groomer in the area! We long our Woof Gang Round Rock location. My anxious pup does great here and they don’t keep them any longer than they need to which was a big reason we left the last place.
And, how cute is this adorable welcome sign with our pups names on it. ❤️
