Window not open, though hours are posted, had to go in. For my business, I need to go and this process is much slower and inconvenient.

What’s the point of opening at 9 if your registers/ you aren’t ready?? Not to mention the window being closed due to short staff. It’s not the staffs fault they are just really really short staffed and need help but it’s becoming really inconvenient

The teller was fantastic, but they didn’t have anyone to talk to about the credit card I have with them, or the overdraft fees I shouldn’t have been charged. They just gave me a phone number and said good luck. Again, the teller was super sweet and fantastic, but frustrating the location can’t actually handle banking... read full comment
