The branch is temporarily closed until further notice. There is a sign on the door. They already closed the drive-thru because of renovations, so I guess they're now doing the front as well. Never had issues, but I figured having this review may help

The staff at this location is very helpful and friendly. I have never had a problem with them and am happy that this is my local branch. I have opened new accounts, closed old ones, ordered cashiers checks, and have always gotten good service.

Stay away from this bank. Awful went to the bank to pull money out two weeks ago nothing came out and still they haven't approved my claim. I will file a complaint with Texas Attorney General and consumer affairs because no one thought to put a sign out. Tell informed me that I wasn't the only customer who experienced this. Staff too lazy to walk outside and put an out of service sign? What ever happened to informed consent banks have to adhere to you.

Came in to get some forms notarized and picked up a cashier's check. Great service I didn't have to wait long but they only had two tellers and one banker.

Why does this location always have the American flag at half staff? Every time I pass by? Give a valid reason or fix it.To your response, I am not a customer, I don't think I will be. There is no need for my whole name. There should not have to be anymore action on my part. Be a good American and fix the flags please.

Wells Fargo Bank has deteriorated badly. It’s hit or miss to find a location that is open, even when it says online that they are open. That was the case today at this location. I can’t find any branch near me that is open today to make a commercial deposit.The only reason that I’ve stayed with WFB was the convenience of many locations. Those days are gone and WFB has become the least convenient bank to do business with.I will definitely be moving all my accounts, both personal and business, to another bank soon. I’m done.

Just went to this location to access our Safety Deposit Box. The website says this location is open 8-12 Saturdays. It was closed. Please change your website to reflect your ACTUAL BUSINESS HOURS.

Don't use this bank... It took 20 minutes to get anyone to answer..then finally get someone and bank close at 5pm get there at 4pm close after the lady said we close at 5
