Go car wash has several locations throughout the Round Rock Cedar Park Area fast friendly service I give it 3 stars because they don't always have available towels interior cleaner for the vehicle and the round rock location the matt cleaner for you car been out of order over a year but they still take your monthly membership payments but don't always have what you need for your vehicle I can't say this about all the locations this reflects the Round Rock location only Let me add this important fact there are two Round Rock locations one on 79/Palm valley this location is pretty much always fully stocked and ready for business and there is one on Pflugerville parkway and AW Grimes this location has fast friendly service but needs special attention (stock, equipment ECT)

Worst place ever , the people drying the vehicles are so careless , I paid for the 24.99 car wash that supposed to include the tire sine and the bug removal along with other staff ,but they did a really bad job , actually I had to ask them if they were not doing the tires and his answer was , oh , you want your tires clean ,my response was , I just want the service that I paid for , they finally did it but the tires look duty and the bugs they don't even touch them . My first and last time in this place !!!

No supervision... The wipe downs are horrible... Cant hardly find a vacuum that works and if you do someone who didn't even pay for a car wash is taking up the vacuums... I'm cancelling my membership and going elsewhere

Refuses to cancel my membership. I’ve tried to contact them so many times over email, phone, text, going in person and they simply refuse to stop charging me.
UPDATE: The response below is nothing. Continued trying to get a hold of the company, continued to be ignored, and continued getting charged. Their website that they have linked below does not work at all. For at least a YEAR, it has said “e-commerce temporarily down” and directs me to call. When I called, I got sent to voicemail. Every. Single. Time.
Had to file 12 chargebacks (which were all approved) and get a new debit card for these guys to stop charging me. Go literally anywhere else for a car wash, these people blow at anything that’s not billing you.

Quick line movement and courteous staff. I have the monthly pass with tire and wheel cleaning and visit weekly. Sometimes when short-staffed, the tire&wheel cleaning can be subpar, but most my experiences have been pleasant.

I waited for my turn as a monthly pass person. The one in front of me in monthly only line seem to be purchasing passes. The line got longer and instead of having me go to the next line they had the cars who came after me go to the other line. That's frustrating. I would have had enough time to clean my car before my next appt but I had to leave after already patiently waiting.

The hand drying is a nice touch & the vacuum area is awesome!! (high pressure air, the rags on demand, etc)
