I like this car wash, except for one thing… the Tire Shine. The product(s) this car wash uses… slings black all along the side of the vehicle (it seems extra oily…. as if it’s black mixed with sesame oil or something…), plus.. if you just so happen to even slightly brush your clothes alongside your tires, then you have to scrub that crap out. It seems the company could strive for better products for the Tire Shine.. in my opinion.
I talked to JP a few days ago, and he said other customers have been complaining as well, and that his superiors are aware of this issue. Us customers should not have to deal with black oil slinging down our vehicles right after a simple car wash, and avoiding walking by our tires like it’s a black hole. It took me weeks to figure out what this oily sludge was.. thank you JP for confirming what I figured it out to be.
When the company strives for better products, I’ll remove this rating.

3 days ago I went to wash my car and asked the guy on duty to give me the membership, when I came back today they told me that I didn't buy that because it was only 1 wash which is ridiculous, I asked to speak to the manager in charge and he told me There was no solution, I had to pay in full again when the difference is small, very bad service.

There is no money in the business' coin machine. It should be cleaner, the mud and dirt on the floor should be removed. The washing water should be more pressurized. The current water force is insufficient.

Seriously going to start using the Cedar Park/Round Rock locations, much better service. They never fold in my mirrors, I have to get off and close them myself. I have the monthly pass along with sticker for the extra add on. I ALWAYS tell them TRIPLE FOAM they never add it. Today I tipped an extra $10 when they were drying my truck only to park and vacuum to see it was done terribly not dried at all just water smeared and dripping. Not to mention the wash doesn’t clean the vehicle very well. Every time I visit this location it’s just mediocre to poor, today there was no clean rags vacuums are always hit or miss same with the air chucks. Do better GO carwash.

So much better than Mister Car Wash and basically all of the competition I literally tried a complimentary wash at each. Mister car wash is tooo packed and they rush you through. Also their wash ripped off my OEM roof rack and they did nothing about it. Go Wash is way less brutal as it doesn’t use the top roller bar. They also dry your car after by hand even on the Basic Wash. This place rocks!

This place is not good since changing names or ownership. One visit I was turned away for broken plumbing and another time I brought a brand new vehicle through a wash and there was literally zero soap hitting my vehicle and those in front of me which is terrible for a car’s paint and clear coat. I had to pull around and inform the staff so no one was paying any attention

Seems like every time I come here, my cars get taken care of with a high level of service. To be specific the employee, Mo, is an extremely hard working individual. He puts an extremely high level of effort in making sure customers get their vehicles cleaned. No displays a professional level of excellence and dedication to his work, he has a great attitude and I had the honor of meeting him myself. Very humble and hardworking individual. Today I had to go through the car wash twice and my car is still dirty!! This isn’t the first time either. No towels to dry.. had to cancel my membership it’s not worth it anymore.
