Called to cancel policy . Warren was rude and unprofessional . Hang up on me not once but twice . Doesn't respond to email or phone when it comes to cancellation. Expect to pay high premium for low coverage / high deductible even when you have no claim/tickets or accident for years

Warren has been my agent for 20 years until recent when i changed insurance due to pricing where i saved over $600 annually on my car insurance with better coverage. This started a personal attack on me. I would not recommend this guy to anyone other than a psychologist looking for a case study.
