Waited in line at the auto center for about 45 minutes to get my oil changed. They had two oil change bays open, I pulled into one and waited. Cars started to stack up behind me. When they finally came to my window, I was asked to move over behind all the other cars because "That line was for appointments only". I explained I had been waiting there for quite some time, I was told they weren't going to put me in front of the other cars. When I went inside to talk to management, I was told none were on-site. I then asked to lodge a complaint and was told they had no way to do it. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! These people are rude and simply do not care!

The security guard literally came up to my boyfriend and i saying he had alcohol and was harassing people when neither were true AT ALL. he was there for a total of 5 minutes and then we checked out before they asked us about anything. I will say i did just get off of work and walk over there so i did overreact a bit but what even is the reason for coming up to us when you couldve just checked the cameras. yall couldve gone about this any other way. the drink you asked if was alcohol was my dr pepper from where i worked. PLEASE do better. good god. This started over my boyfriend picking up an empty alcohol bottle off of YALLS property..

Pretty hard-headed customer service, TALIZA at customer service is a sweet lady and I know the ladies there are trying their best but I am trying to return a Walmart brand HART product today, within the three year warranty on the tag, and they made it clear they do not want to help. I have been buying tools at Walmart for years because of the hassle-free warranty and return and quality but today sadly I will no longer return. Sam Walton quality is not what it used to be. Sad day.

Worst customer service. So they've locked up the Lego because of theft but then there is no one around to open the cabinets to purchase. I waited around for 30 minutes after hitting the request assistance button and talked to 2 associates to get help. When that didn't work I went to the customer service desk and they told me that the one person with the keys went to lunch. They seemed uninterested in helping me beyond telling me that. Brilliant. So let's put them in locked cabinets to prevent theft but then make it impossible for actual customers to even see the product let alone buy any of it. I wasn't the only one who was waiting for help.
