People in the photo center are completely careless. If the printer broke ,why you still take an orders ?!!! Or at least tell the customer before. 3 days for passport photo !!!

It seemed picked over. I am from Florida, and I think maybe Walmart doesn’t compete to good against HEB in texas. In Florida they have less competition.

Curbside orders here have always been one hundred percent accurate. They've never even made any substitutions for my orders. After I check in that I'm parked in the pick up area, it only takes about three minutes for them to bring it out to me. This is my favorite Walmart.

05/03/2025 Another incident about a week later...
I was in there with my uncle again for our regular margaritas run for our business. One of the margaritas bottle had a lot shards of glasses, and a couple of other ones is sticky(probably one of the bottle broke and they didn't clean it and it stuck to one of the bottles.) My uncle didn't realized it and had it cut on one of his fingers. We went to customer services wanting to report an accident report just in case something serious does happen. We waited about 50minutes even though we provided them the time frame when he got cut, and the pictures of the bottle(we still have the bottle as of it). They still won't let us do an accident report and was told to wait. We told them when they're ready to contact us they can call and left a phone number and a name for them to call. Now it's 3 days later and still nothing from them. It's like they're waiting for us to go and put it all behind them.
May 23 2025- accidentally left my wallet on top of the lottery ticket machine, helping my uncle scanning the ID so he can get his lottery ticket, someone took it before I came back to it. Filed a police report and he said that most of the CCTV is blocked by the air duct and none of the other one that was working was pointing there. Literally a local bank 3 feet next to the machine! So when there is a shoplifting and such the cctv can magically get everyone, but when something is lost in their store, a bunch of stuff goes wrong. The wallet is very sentimental as it was a gift, and I just got my salary paid in cash. Very bad experience trying to run back and forth for 2 hours for nothing but excuses how their CCTV sucks and everything is blocking the view. (I know it was my mistake but what are Cameras for if not protecting the consumers and the employers.) We always go by every week to buy supplies for the business that I work for. Sucks that it happened. If the person who took it is reading, please return to the address. Bless you.

Living in North Austin, I often find myself at the Walmart Supercenter on Norwood Park Blvd. It’s conveniently located and offers a wide selection of products, making it a go-to for everything from groceries to electronics. The store’s extended hours are a plus, accommodating various schedules.
However, my experiences here have been mixed. While I’ve had smooth shopping trips, there have been instances where the store felt understaffed, leading to longer checkout lines and difficulty finding assistance. Some sections, particularly the produce area, could benefit from more frequent restocking and tidying.
On a positive note, the pharmacy staff has consistently been helpful and efficient, making prescription pickups hassle-free. The store’s layout is straightforward, and the self-checkout kiosks, when operational, expedite the process.
Overall, this Walmart Supercenter serves its purpose for quick and comprehensive shopping. While there are areas for improvement, especially in staffing and maintenance, its convenience keeps me returning. For those in the area, it’s a reliable option, but setting expectations accordingly can enhance the shopping experience.

I ordered delivery through the Walmart app and it was a paid express delivery. After 1 hour the delivery driver cancelled but on the app it gave me an option to pick up but then said there’s no time available and I can’t even cancel with a refund, at least it says on the app. So please tell me what other option I have. I even called the store and the man working curbside/ online delivery on your property was so rude and even had the audacity to say management would get there in about 3 hours , which by the way is also the time that the store closes. All we asked was if we could pick up the order because on the app it wasn’t letting us but gave us the option and even though we already paid for it and we even paid for express delivery he just lied saying management would be there till closing. He was so disrespectful and even said his name was the same name on our delivery order so if that’s his real name, I don’t know. I doubt it, but you can timeframe 8:29pm is when we called. What’s crazier is we called back and said we wanted to speak to management and they transferred us no problem.

Don't take your children to Walmart if you want to buy alcohol. They won't sell it to you. Any other store will abide by the law. Walmart seems to think they should control you. I was a Walmart customer for decades. No more. Go to Randall's or HEB. Much better experience. Prices are better too.

Today I arrived at my 2:30 PM appointment and tried to check in 10 minutes early. Honestly, a self-check-in kiosk would have been more helpful than the person who attended me. She was extremely rude. I waited over 15 minutes because she was outside smoking.
In the 4 years I've been coming to Walmart for oil changes, this was by far the worst experience. It felt like the employee didn’t want to be there at all. What’s more concerning is that I noticed her attitude was much more pleasant and cordial toward white customers, which makes me question if Walmart and its staff are falling into the unfortunate pattern of racial bias that’s becoming too common in this country.
By 2:56 PM, my car still hadn’t been brought in for service. The front desk employee didn’t clearly explain the check-in procedure. I asked twice, and she simply told me to “park at number 3.” After waiting 27 minutes, they moved my car to another spot—finally, a team lead arrived (benjamin) , answered my questions, and got the process started.
A little customer service training and empathy could go a long way in making the Walmart experience excellent. But today, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the service was unacceptable.

Hardly anyone in the store. I was able to get in and out in 15 minutes. Used self-checkout.
Parking was great.
The store was clean.
