Impossible to get ahold of anyone. Have been on hold for over a hour and 10 minutes now. How?! I just need to talk to someone for a medication refill.

This pharmacy used to be really good. Not sure what happened but they are trash now. No one answers the phone anymore, it takes over an hour on hold to get to talk to a person. They never notify us when prescriptions are ready even though we are signed up for text notifications. They constantly only partially fill the prescription and always have delays due to back orders for the most basic medication that other pharmacies never have issues with. They also blame "insurance issues" for delays when the insurance is never the problem they just use that as a cover so they don't look bad.Sometimes they notify us that a prescription is ready to pick up and by the time we drive there they tell us it actually isn't ready after all. Medication is time sensitive I don't want to be waiting weeks for my medication. Will have to stop having my prescriptions filled here.

I got some saline at this location and when I went to go check out I was greeted by a man named Gerald who worked there. Not only was he the nicest Walgreens employee i have ever met, he’s probably one of the nicest people i have met. He was very helpful and I now want to go to this place more often just because of him.

I recently checked out at this location and Gerald was incredibly sweet. He was kind and talkative and made sure we got what we needed! Definitely best customer service I've seen at any Walgreens! Thank you Gerald!

Service at Walgreens pharmacy, and this location in particular has declined greatly over the last few years. I have had multiple issues. The last straw was when they lost my prescription three times, and argued with me about it every time. It was most likely due to a glitch where the medication was back-ordered and the prescription was deleted, but they refused to entertain any idea except that it was my fault and I needed to call the dr for the script again. The third time, some random person remembered talking to me, so they admitted it was their fault, but their only answer was for me to call them every two days to see if my medication was available for order. I’m done. I am now with Quick Pharmacy whose answer was to call and check on my medication availability daily on their own, and then contact me immediately when they could get it in. Such a difference!

Prescription was ready and I paid for the Prescription and showed up to pick up the prescription and they said it's now canceled and on backorder. And it's been on backorder.How can something be on back order back yet you charge my credit card $48.Now I have to wait 3-5 which will really be 5-7 days because of this week being a holiday!Ever since the covid situation and shortage staff and storage medication walgreens pharmacy continues to fail there customers.Moving all my family's medications to a private pharmacy and not using businesses corporate pharmacy anymore!!!!

I stood at the counter directly in front of a pharmacy employee for 10 minutes without them even greeting me or knowledgeIng me. When I asked if I was at the correct window she rudely answered by saying she will be with me in a minute. Waited another five and decided this wasn't worth my time. Worst customer service an incredibly rude staff. Do not go here unless you got a lot of time to waste. By the way, went to H-E-B across the street. Got what I needed for significantly lower price. Walgreens 4081 N Mays St, Round Rock, TX 78665. 2:30 pm 10/20

This review is 100% for the pharmacy staff....Doctor's office called for an urgent prescription to be filled. Never received a message to notify me the prescription was ready. When I called a few hours later to check on my medicine, they said the prescription was ready for pickup. I asked them why I didn't get notified and they repeated " your prescription is ready for pickup". No explanation, no apology. Service is going from bad to worse. I will call my insurance for another pharmacy option. So sad....

Pure incompetence in the pharmacy! And Management is a Joke! They blame the insurance when it is their error. Even with the insurance on the call they still won’t own their mistakes. Ask to speak with the manager and come to find out the manager was the one that misinformed me in the first place. Now because I drove off for 30mins to call the insurance she tells me she can’t correct their error and fill the prescription correctly. Dayan was the manager and instead of owning her mistake, she says there is nothing they can do to fix it. The history of refills does not negate the current request. & the miscommunication by you or your staff. Complete negligence, and no consideration for patients time or money!

I had my passport photo taken here today and did not have a good experience. When I saw the 2 photos that were taken, I immediately asked if he doesn’t mind retaking it. There were no customers in there but me, so I would not be taking up his time even for 2 sec. Where I parted my hair, there was a hump. It’s already unappealing when these passport photos do not let you smile, so I’m trying to look my best even if it’s for me to see only. This older “gentle” man said no and added it’s a passport photo, it’s not a Xmas card. I have taken passport photos before at CVS and I was always asked for my input, and they will retake it needed. I only went to this Walgreen bc I fill all my meds through here. I’m considering going somewhere else from now on. A little kindness goes a long way sir, I will always have this unpleasant memory when I look at this photo. I may whip out another $20 to retake it at CVS.

It's a Walgreens, like may others. The lady that seems to be working the register every day is very nice. It's also a convenient Fedex package dropoff. I wish I could still turn left out of the exit, now you have to go up to University and deal with the heavier traffic.

Bad experience with passport photos. Just asked to show the photos, the person's reaction was rude and non cooperative. Don't plan to visit Walgreens any more.

My insurance recently required me to start using Walgreens pharmacy after years with HEB. This particular location is a complete nightmare for filling prescriptions, currently I am on hold for the third attempt today and second day in a row, I have waited upwards of 20 mins on hold before I have to hang up. Three days ago I called and someone answered only to say " please hold" and before I could respond I was listening to aggravating elevator music and to no surprise again no one answered. Every pharmacy is understaffed, and back logged with prescriptions however this pharmacy seems to have come to a complete stop compared to other Walgreens.
