Terrible service! I paid $150 for one applicator. And Noone said anything about it, just being one single application and have to pay 6 times more to get the 7 applicators. The lady in the front said it's $150 for the medication and it turns out to be $150 for 1 applicator! Horrible inform the customers what they are paying for for rather than lying just to make money!!! ????

Went to a shot and bought some stuff in the store. The overall process at pharmacy is the soonest one I have ever experienced, and they are all knowledgeable. The lady at cashier is super friendly which I was really surprised.

I had to go find someone to send assistance to the cashier area as they had only one register opened in about 8 customers in line. This is not uncommon in Walgreens. Once requested they catch up pretty quickly.

I used to like this pharmacy but over the last couple months it's a joke. Always a different answer. Took over a month to inform me that my prescription was denied. (Thankfully not a life threatening medication but what if it had been?). Now I have another prescription not filled and it's been 48 hours. You have to wait on hold for nearly an hour to speak with someone and they usually are not helpful. I have yet to see the same employee more than one time. Idk maybe they have no staff but the staff that is there is always clueless. They run insurance wrong they don't care about the people. Honestly it's a horrible pharmacy. Will be changing immediatly.

Kyle deserves all of the raises and vacation time! He went above and beyond to ensure my insurance was correct and my prescription was ready! He treated me like I was a family member regardless of the reason I needed my meds. No judgement! Thorough and professional and always positive! Problem solving and positive in every way! Kyle deserves it all! All good! All good all good! I am extremely grateful that I got to work with him! Kyle if you ready this I hope you always have customers who treat you well and good days cause you deserve all the good for giving all the good. Walgreens! Give Kyle a raise!

That guy in the pharmacy with the green hair is beyond disrespectful! This is by far the worst service I’ve ever had ANYWHERE! Has no clue what basic customer service is. He said his manager wasn’t on duty today and to come back Monday to do a return and when my mother specified that would be the 3rd time coming back to attempt to do the return, he responded with “I don’t care”. He needs a new job! Doesn’t even deserve the one star google makes you give!

I have always gone to walgreen, the one in palm valley RR because they have treated me well and I have never had any problems but today I went to buy some cigarettes and they asked me for my ID and I gave them my ID but since it was not the Texas ID, no They wanted to accept it, it seemed strange to me because I have always presented that id there and I am a frequent client, but this girl Katrina treated me very badly in the form of racism and told me that they were the company's policies, but I just saw on the internet that the Walgreens policies do not mention anything about what type of ID you must present, it only says that you have to prove that you are not under 21 years of age and I hope that Walgreens trains its employees well to treat the customer equally, not because they are from the USA or not

Had to call the store today as we stood at the counter before Irene showed up to cash us out . Used to be a friendly place to visit. Seems like the last 2 years the quality of staff has taken a nose dive. I miss the older German lady, so friendly!!!

Helpful staff helped in quick travel purchase.Covid testing is done in drive thru and results expected in 3days. Prescription pickup in drive thru was very fast. #HappyShopping
