Weird experience with a Victoza RX here. I was to get a 2pk the first time around, Stephanie understood that I was owed a pen but the next day the mgr calls to say the reason I was given only one pen is because I only paid for one. Mind you the bag I received the first pen in has the exact same price I paid for 2. It's the principle of their error and them not fixing it that bothers me the most, not the cost. Anyway, needless to say this will be the last rx I get filled at this location. I'll get my doctor to move it to any other Walgreens but this one. Update 3/8: spoke with the Pharmacy mgr who took back what she said in that it was not that I paid half but they only had one pen initially because they didn't have enough in stock due to backlog and being out of stock. She mentioned that it would be the same price whether it was 1 pen or 2 and that seems totally illogical. They should have waited to fulfill the prescription until they both were available and it would have saved us all the trouble. Again it is not the money but the principle of this issue. I've sent in a complaint into corporate and I do hope they see all the negative comments regarding the pharmacy experience at this location. I will see about moving future fills to a different location.

This place is a nightmare to work with. They don’t know what they are doing and are constantly messing up my prescriptions, deleting my insurance information, giving me wrong information, etc

Planning to move from Walgreens to CVS pharmacy being seen at the ER and my prescriptions can’t be ready the next day. Having to suffer in pain?

this is the worst place to get medicine. They call and say a prescription is done and you go to pick up and it's not ready. today I waited in line for 35 minutes. there was only two cars in front of me. they lost my business. I will not be back.

I don't like leaving low-star reviews unless things are really atrocious. This one is almost there. It's actually a two and a half star review, but I honestly can't bring myself to round it up to three. It's not that this is a terrible Walgreens. I'm truly glad it was there because my girlfriend needed something over the counter in a hurry late one night and they were still open. But when you drive up 15 minutes before closing and the exterior and entrance lighting makes you think it's already closed, that's kind of off-putting. Seriously, I almost didn't go in because there are already signs half blocking the door. But yet they were in fact open. Also when you walk in trying to make a quick purchase knowing the store employees want to get out of there on time, and they are unhelpful in locating an item quickly, that's off-putting. I think one of the problems is that they're trying to run this store with too few staff In a busy area of town on two major arterials.Add to that that that it's kind of hard to access the business coming northbound on Grand Avenue, and you get the picture I'd rather be anywhere else. And to think I passed up a more convenient CVS for this.C'mon Walgreens! Whatever happened to your Good To Great legendary image? Not recommended.

These people lied about my prescription for my daughter. They didn't fill the script the way the doc wrote it and wouldn't listen to me when I told them they were wrong. The insurance called them- still nothing. After a small fit they apparently changed their mind and gave me what I needed all along.I'm changing locations now. They should have more time to mess around.

I was sexually harassed by an employee working the front cashier. The perverts name is EVAN & his accomplice is JARED FORD in consumer relations told me it was my fault. I don't understand why Walgreens is so in favor to protect sexual harassment/ assault. Please don't come here unless you want the cashier pointing at your nipples & commenting on your boobs.

Do NOT get a COVID-19 test done here- the test with the longest result time is supposed to be *up to 72 hours* to receive your results, and now 5 days after doing the COVID test, the lab has just received my sample from this Walgreens, and will take another 24 hours to review and get results back. They also provided the instructions to get into the lab's patient portal, but failed to include the requisition number anywhere, so I had to call to request that, and they would not provide any information about progress or current anticipated timeline to receive results over the phone, which I now understand why, because that would have required someone to tell me that they hadn't even bothered to send my sample yet. My husband got tested through Curative the day after I did mine at this Walgreens, and he got his results the following day, so he got his results well before my sample even arrived at the lab. Unbelievable.

I took my 17 year old to get his second covid vaccine today.I made a mistake because his appt was Monday but I went Tuesday. While we were in line someone was turned away for their vaccine appt because of covid exposure. They refused to work us in and said they were booked solid.I mentioned the appt that they cancelled right in front of me and they still said they couldn't help us.I know that it was my Mess up but we both know that there was an empty spot and the eight thing to do wouldn't been to at least try to help your customer.I think they were rude and inconsiderate.Sometimes people don't help others simply because they don't want to.

I am so upset rn. ???It is literally Christmas Day and I went to go to this Walgreens for some beautiful self care, products. As I walk into the store to the beauty department. They page the store “assistance in the beauty department”. Then two of their employees followed me around the store with out asking me if I needed assistance. How would you feel if two Men followed you around the store. Mind you, I use to work for Walgreens so I am naturally going to pick up on when the store has been alerted for robbery. I feel very insulted,as a young black woman. I hope you think twice before visiting this Walgreens location.

Pharmacy hung up on me six times in a row. If you post hours when you're on lunch, then stick to them. I called the first time at 1:15pm well before hour posted break hours. If you're busy just say so and put me on hold or even ask me to call back later, but it is the height of being unprofessional to hang up on a customer, six times in a row no less. If I can't trust you to answer a phone call how am I supposed to trust you with my prescriptions?
