Not the pharmacy! I tried to get help printing pictures, the lady was not helpful. Plugged my phone to the kiosk but walked away , I said it's not working I need help , she mumbled something & never came back to help . The store was empty of customers so no clue why I couldn't get help. So I went to Walmart & got help and got my pictures

Mahan and Kristen went above and beyond helping me to find walgreens locations that had my hard to find prescriptions. I wouldn't have been able to get my meds today without them. They were so patient and helpful.

This store is not a real FedEx location it's just a drop-off location. Don't expect any helpful service from the staff. Better off just going to the FedEx location in the Target parking lot at La Frontera.

Simply the worst Walgreens. Customer service sucks. You will end up leaving in a bad mood no matter what you do there. I will continue to drive out of my way for better service.AVOID the 2650 Ranch Rd 620 location at all costs. You have been warned.I'm sure this location will get a lot of bad reviews since many neighbors feel the same way I do about this location. We will simply boycott until customer service improves.

It's typical Walgreens. Nothing negative about the store itself. Just hope someone read my review before using the FedEx drop portion. I walked into the store all happy with my package I needed to return. I got to the FedEx center (located in photo lab. It's marked.) Anyway I get there all eager with my handy dandy QR code FedEx sent me and No. At this location you have to print the label. Whaaaaa. No biggie. I did come back the next day and returned the package. The worker did tell me where I could go to return with the QR code but I opted not because I always pass this Walgreens on my way home. The other location is closer to my house but there is construction and I just prefer this spot. But with all these words print your FedEx label, no QR code. Workers were friendly and we even laughed at my encounter because I was all happy happy joy joy and then boom. I'm not. I'll still use them.

Came to this location to get some Allegra D because I'm extremely allergic to cedar this time of year and as I went to the back pharmacy desk they denied me because their system was "down" right after they had just sold some to a customer before me. Nothing was wrong with my ID or anything the employee looked like he didn't know what he was doing and didn't even care to ask his clear superior if there was a problem with the computer. Instead he simply denied me ALLEGRA D and told me to come back another time. I 100% do not recommend this store, awful service.

Super rude manager I believe she was helped me at the check out she seemed so irritated she had to be at work and was super annoyed I had a hard time getting my card right at the check out she rushed me and embarrassed me in front of the other customers the way she talked to me at the check out I left in tears thanks for making my already hard day with my husband in the hospital worse.

I traveled 15 minutes using expensive gas just to wait from 2:06 until 2:30 lined up to find out, waiting for nothing. No pharmacist to open. They owe us all a discount. Waste of time and money.

prescription called in - they waited until just after 7 pm to text it was ready. Hours on line and in window say pharmacy open till 9. surprise! they closed at 7.

I’ve been both inside and on the phone and they are rude and rushing you on. They are probably overworked and understaffed but still frustrating.

Poorly managed location. Photo lab is horrible. For two years in a row, I tried ordering cards from this store for the holidays only to have them sit on the order because of a broken machine. They would not transfer the order to another store and instead made me re-order. Have also had issues with lack of inventory on other basic needs and a general apathetic service approach.

We come here often and never had an issue. The pharmacists are very diligent and always willing to help us troubleshoot things in a courteous manner.
