Neighborhood dry cleaners that seems to change ownership every 6 months. They always do the job I ask them to do and give me clean clothes on a regular basis. They don’t clean anything in house, it’s all sent out. But they are quick and professional.

For the third time in three weeks, I've attempted to drop off my clothing around 7 am, opening time, and no one is there ! I've even gone at 7:20 or 7:15 just to give them extra cushion and yet again, the business is closed. I've mentioned it to the front desk employee and owner and they just reply, oh yeah so and so was running late. I'm so frustrated with the inconsistency and unprofessionalism!

Had a stained shirt, was ok if they didn't get the stain out but they completely ripped the shirt apart and said it came in damaged. I understand things happen, but I'm super bummed. The stain was not super noticable, but can't hide the ripes.

Dropped off son’s suit coat and pants on a Wednesday. Picked up “both” on Friday - 2 hangers so one would assume both items are there. It’s Saturday and my son goes to get ready for his band banquet. NO PANTS!!! Plus they’re closed on Saturdays. Guess I should’ve checked before leaving the business. Guess we will see what happens when they open Monday. There will be a follow-up review - we’ll see if it warrants either a 1 or 5 star based on their response and willingness to own their mistakeLong overdue follow-up: they issued me an in-store credit for the inconvenience and poor service. This will go unused, unfortunately, as I’m not willing to trust them with any of my items in the future. Caveat is to carefully check your items before leaving (I own this mistake) as they obviously do not - meaning, do not trust this business to conduct any type of a full and proper quality control. Increasing my review to 2 Stars to give credit for acknowledging the mistake

NEVER will I ever use Village Cleaners on Old Settlers Blvd. Their whole system of keeping up with their inventory that leaves and stays in the store is nonexistent. Talking to management or the “owner” is next to impossible. I dropped off four Dallas cowboy jerseys all together worth over $600. Now I made the mistake of letting the time they were there roll over past 30 days. Ok my whole rant comes from... When I called on Monday of this week I was told that my jerseys were still there. I left work early Tuesday to pick them up. When I get there I’m told they can’t find them. The lady showed me the computer screen that showed my jerseys to still be in the store. She went on and on about how she has only been there two weeks and how she does things to make sure things get checked out correctly and how the other worker gets offended when she does certain things blah blah blah.. Red flag right there. So in other words this isn’t the first time this has happened. Long story short I went in the next day to talk to the “manager”.. Which turns out she says she’s not a manager I get a totally different story from this lady neither one of their stories match up. The only answer I would get from the from the owner when one of the employees called her was it’s past 30 days we’re not responsible for anything” that’s all she kept saying. How do I know my stuff was not taken or sold two weeks after I dropped it off? They have no way to pinpoint exactly when my stuff left that facility because according to their system my stuff is still there. I know I will never see my jerseys or any type of reimbursement for them and at this point they can shove their 30 days up their a55 because of their failed inventory system. Supposedly I received a phone call when the 30 days was about to expire which is bull I never received a call so that just tells me that you didn’t have a number or ticket to call me with because my stuff was already gone from the store. All of this could have just been prevented if they would have told me on Monday when I called “no ma’am I’m sorry it’s already past 30 days we do not have your stuff anymore.”

First time I've ever used dry cleaners and picked them due to close location of my work. Low rating for misplacing a very special hoodie. Thankful they did find it. The actual cleaning service was good

My boyfriend and I dropped off a few items on a Friday and were told they'd be ready by Monday after 5. We go there to pick our stuff up and the lady tells us everything is complete. After looking through all the clothes, we notice some pants are missing. Her responses is "oh, I guess they didn't make it through." and proceeds not to be able to provide a time that they will be ready. No apology was given. How does all the rest of our stuff make it through besides a pair of pants....? Never going here again. Hopefully they have the pants by tomorrow.

These people tried to sell my husband’s clothes! He left his clothes here when he dropped them off in Sept. it’s been a few months, I get that. They told him they donated them after leaving a voicemail. If that were the case fine cool. Except here the thing, they were Harley-Davidson shirts so it’s not your everyday attire and they tried to sell them off to other customers and the only reason we found out is because I work at the Harley dealership and my boss also gets his clothes dry cleaned here and they tried to sell them to him! Why lie to us then and say that you donated them to Hurricane Harvey victims? Not good business and it’s very untrustworthy. We were okay with them being donated, but you blatantly lied to a customer that’s been doing business with you for at least two years.

These people have no conscious. My sick, elderly mother trusted them to clean her only winter coat. They allowed another customer to STEAL it and refuse to make it right. We've contacted them by phone and in person 5 times now and they still refuse to help her with reimbursement so she can get another coat. It was an expensive coat, and a gift from me and my sister. How can small business owners conduct business like this taking advantage of the elderly. Sickening.
