Hello, I bought this tablet with version SIM card about more than one year from this store. 3 weeks ago I changed my carrier and move to AT&T. But now I understood that my tablet works just with Verizon SIM card. I told to them when I was buying nobody said about that . They said just sorry and we can’t help you . I called customer service but they said we can’t help you. I hope they call me about it.

Came in to get internet and to switch phones to Verizon. Three hours plus later. They were unable to switch my phones over. They rendered them useless. The manager Spenser said he was sorry. He would make sure personally that the account was fixed. One month later I received a bill way more than I was quoted. Needless to say Spenser didnt do as he said.Now lets talk service. The internet was intermittent at best. We only ever got 3 bars on our phone. We had to login to the internet to get internet on our computers every time we needed to use them. Even though they were remembered. The internet was slow. We would get sorry this commercial is taking longer than expected on the TV.I go into the store. Spenser the manager wouldn't even talk to me. Yes, he even recognized me. The first time I came in. He was willing to help. He even passed off ?to other employees to help other guest as well as myself. However, today he couldn't pass off the sale of a hub to an associate who was free to handle sale. Spenser avoided me because he knew he did not follow through.

I needed a new phone and needed to retain my old phone number when switching from another provider. Josh fixed me up, worked around a few obstacles, and got me up and running. Josh is top notch.

GarbageZonRepresentative stoled and crashed my own SIM card from provider of different country. Awful.The staff and even the store manager don't care. Support is not responding. We are moving away from this provider.

We went to the Verizon store today in Round Rock. We have used Verizon's services for our household for 21 years and have always had good service. But the store that opened in Round Rock - we've only been going to for about 7 or 8 years. Went today because my husband's phone battery seemed to be running out of charge more than it should be...but it WAS about 7 years old. Worked with Josh and we had an amazing experience. We thought it just needed a new battery but my husband got a new phone cheaper than he would have to buy a new battery for his old one. Josh took care of all of the transfers of his old data to the new phone. It did take some time but it was absolutely no hassle for us. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Placed an order when they opened yesterday that should’ve been ready in 2 hours. They couldn’t find the time to set aside 2 Apple Watches in the entire day, and now they’re closed today. Super unimpressed with this location. All the other locations can get my stuff ready in 2 hours.

This facility decided to not fulfill my order in a timely manner. This has ultimately led to me shutting my account down and switching to T Mobile. No, I won't be explaining.

Went to a Verizon store on tech ridge. I was like ok no. Decided to go to this location instead. I kid y’all not. It went down like this.Damion, Shannon & Rubiks cube Genius.Damion kept it smooth & professional af.Shannon (Guy) He mentioned some recommendations. I Didnt know what color to go with. He said “hey! Your going to add a cover on it. Might as well do space black & looks purple.” Say less. Damion went & grab it. Case closed.Rubik’s cube genius was just blowing my mind with his talent. Y’all gotta go check this dude out. Well done folks.

Wow what a nightmare. We went here a couple days ago and bought a new Samsung phone and we ordered a mobile line. No problem buying the Samsung, but getting the line has turned into a nightmare. We were unfamiliar with the process of transferring the Straight Talk line to Verizon, such as account numbers and transfer PIN', etc. so we requested some assistance from the Verizon salesman. We logged into the Straight Talk account and asked the Verizon salesman if he could guide us through locating the information needed to transfer the line to Verizon. The salesman was less than friendly but he relented to help. After fiddling around with Straight Talk and supposedly getting the necessary account info the salesman informed us that everything was set up and ready to go. When we got home we discovered that the new Samsung could send and receive text and make calls but couldn't receive calls. Turns out the Verizon salesman had copied the wrong Straight Talk account information into the order for the new line.That screwup by the Verizon salesman has had a cascading effect, so we eventually decided to just forgo the old Straight Talk number, and just start the whole process over with a new number and new line. Anyway 48 hours later and after literally 4+ hours on calls with Verizon we still don't have a working phone line on our new Samsung! The whole Verizon add a line system seems to be out of whack :( We're looking at just cancelling the whole Verizon thing and going with AT&T or T -Mobile.

The main manager at this location(I don’t know his name but is a young African American man with a beard) is very rude and not willing to help. The first time I went in I was trying to replace a defective phone that I had purchased from this store. He told me I would have to go to the Apple Store. I told him they could not help me since I didn’t purchase the device from them. I came back another day and a wonderful rep named Meagan helped me replace and order a new phone. She went over and beyond making sure I was getting the correct replacement phone and that my bill was accurate. When my new replacement phone finally arrived I went back to this location and unfortunately Meagan was not there and the SAME manager attempted to help me. He was very rude right off the bat. He began opening my new phone and was very rough with it. I asked him to please be careful with this new phone. He said I would be charged a restocking fee for returning my old damaged phone, taxes on the new phone and another fee for setting up my new phone. I said no it was a replacement phone and I have already paid the previous taxes on it. He said I had an attitude. I told him I was the customer. He said that he “worked for Verizon and NOT FOR ME!” and that I needed to leave the store. So I did and I took my new phone to another location on Lamar and was treated with much more respect and service.

Seriously this store is phenomenal. I was able to get a worrisome bill fixed after a technical error left me with an unusually high bill, and felt very comfortable with the staff here. Super friendly and they worked so hard to fix my issue. I legit was thinking of leaving Verizon before my visit here and now I’m staying, and I’ll likely never go to another store haha. Thank you!

I was there an hour ago and i never ever experienced this kinda customer service before. If they have no experience then they should leave the place. They wanna get paid for free and that’s not how it works they gotta earn the money anyway It will be my last visit to this location.

It's not so much the location. But Verizons process' that are earning it the rating. I went into the store to return equipment that I got from them, and was basically told to go home and wait for a box in the mail, that they can't take it back. Even after three attempts of trying to get the box through the mail previously. That is apparently their only process.

This Verizon is awful. First off service in round rock is terrible . But the store staff is awful, take so long and honestly have no clue what there doing. I’ll go to another store farther away before going back here. Parking lot hard to get to as well .
