Although I'm not a Verizon customer My wife is, I've gone with her every time she's come up here and everyone is extremely helpful above and beyond like what you would expect in an Apple store, except every employee works at the genius bar.These folks are very knowledgeable about everything from phones to tablets to watches to plans, family plans and internet only lines. great at figuring out the best deal that's available.If it's between this location and another that's closer I can recommend coming here.

Daniel Gibson, manager of the Round Rock store on Bowman helped me immensely!!! Worked with me on some serious issues and settled them in a very professional manner!! Thank God for him. Made my day. I will always come to this store!!!

You guys have been my store to go since I moved to Verizon, the previous employees used care enough to at least make sure my phone was activated before I walked out the store. Now you guys have seriously dropped the customer care service, on 07/20 Alondra sold me 2 new phones that she never activated and when I called the store to figure why nothing was working including the old phone she never answered. The employee that answered apparently couldn't help me because he didn't make the sale, I was told Alondra was going to call me back and fix the issue but that never happened. I spent over 2 hours with customer service online trying to figure what happened and getting the phones activated like they were supposed to be before I left the store. You guys have no idea how frustrating and what a hassle it was to have to get in touch with customer service when you guys left me without working phones, couldn't't get calls in nor out. Seriously you guys are the worst customer service ever.

Well ok, you said you wanted more than just stars...Went there on a Monday, helped by Angel who did a pretty good job. She referenced that the phone would come in a few days and we said that we would pick it up Saturday. Weekend came as we travel all week for work and don't really have the luxury of week days. Went in to pick it up.... Angel wasn't working. Understandable, Phone isn't here. ?? Yes it happens that if a phone is here for more than a few days someone sells it out from under the person who ordered it. Huh?If a phone is ordered for a customer, Why on god's green earth is it ok to sell that phone from under them!SO, why does management and or Verizon allow this to happen at this store...The reception on my visit that weekend was pretty much the equivalent of 'oh, you are the only person in the store (middle of the day) I'll help you but, my display demonstrates that it wasn't my sale so I'll do it but I don't want too...' So had to make a special trip to come back on a week day to pick up and pay for the phone that was ordered the week previous, because otherwise it would have been sold to someone else.Would have been far more efficient to call Verizon and had one shipped.BTW, when we did come in to pick it up, (just the sale of the phone and a few accessories still took 45 minutes.I completely understand that they are working and have days off and such, however my time has value as well.I should not have had to make 3 trips for 1 transaction should I?

Imagine paying $200 a month for subpar service and your SIM card stops working over the weekend. You go to a franchised Verizon and they want $21 to fix their defective products. Go to Russell Cellular, Mobile Destination, or corporate Verizon

“Local maintenance” completely turned off all my receiving messages and sending messages, phone calls, and cellular data. When is this going to be fixed?

From the moment we walked in the door, Diosa gave us top notch customer service. We were switching providers and redeeming a current offer providing us new phones. She went above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed and was patient to iron out some glitches that arose during the process. ? She deserves a raise!

Verizon doesn't work in Austin/ outskirts. The service is the worst of all providers. Try ATT or T mobile instead. I'm stuck in a "contract" via my phone purchase. Called multiple times and they assured me they put me on a faster plan. Nothing. Combo'd with crappy spectrum for my wifi, we have no back up (no LTE service). Doing anything, even calling is hard. Especially in Leander, Georgetown, Jarrell, and hutto.
