Did not open on time. Staff very unfriendly. The lady that works in passport was very nice but the rest of the staff you can tell hates their job. Also, no apology on keeping everyone waiting to open. This location opens at 8 am but didn’t open up until 20 minutes later. A government ran entity! Very unprofessional very tacky very ghetto

I've been several times and never had any issues with the service at this location. However, there can be quite a bit of a line for package help, but it moves pretty quickly in my opinion.

I sent a package to FPO BASE in Guam ,checking a transit all time almost a week for delivery, never get to base they say not correct address is a Base , finally the package return to me when I opened some stuff was stolen and see the tag with all information grong I have a slip with my correct info and I don't know all info is grong in meantime someone take my stuff Horrible service I send so many to another's FPO and never happened .

Absolute worst post office I’ve ever come across. Incompetent and just can’t seem to deliver my packages to where I am staying for work. Packages disappearing, delivering to incorrect addresses and the final straw was a package that was actually cut open and the contents stolen. Incredibly unhelpful. They have no idea what’s going on or what to do to help. Unreal. I have no words. Shouldn’t have to worry about things such as this.

Went to renew kids Passports. Made an appointment early first thing in the morning. Had all paperwork and documents prepared. No wait since we were on time for our appointment!!!! Alicia was AMAZING and helped walk us through the process. I realized I messed up on one thing and she was SO KIND AND PATIENT and helped us finish up quickly. An amazing passport renewal experience because of AWESOME ALICIA!!!!!

My Carrier and the Post Office Employees that I met are pleasant and helpful.
I had a problem that was really frustrating me but now that issue is resolved
I choose to move on and enjoy the excellent care from my Postal Carrier Juanita
Also for the dedication of the Postal Workers that are working to help the Walk In Customers
They All are Clearly giving Their Best In Customer Service

I stood in line for over 30 minutes just to get a package sent out. There was only 2 people ahead of me. The worst service ever, no rush by the staff. Everyone has in line became very annoyed. Worst experience ever.

We had a passport appointment scheduled for our minor. The appointment was scheduled for 1:45pm to 2pm and we got to the counter at 1:49pm.
They said we were late and the passport division shut at 1:45pm because we didn't make the appointment in time. I explained to them that I'm within the appointment window but that was a waste of time.
I asked if they could schedule me for another day and said they can't do that, I'd have to do it myself.

The staff here is so pleasant. I waited last minute to get my passport stuff together, came in and Ms. Khin was so pleasant and helpful. I had my photo taken at Walgreens and it was terrible. I asked Ms. Khin if I could take a new picture and found out she’s a great photographer! Refreshing to encounter ppl smiling and happy about helping customers even when the customer is ill prepared. Thank you Ms. Khin!

While I don't want to delve into the specifics of what occurred during my visit here, I feel it's important to highlight that one of their employees , an older Asian woman with short hair, is extremely impolite and disrespectful. I would advise others to try to avoid interacting with her if possible. However, in the event that you do find yourself dealing with her, it's important to be aware of your rights as a customer and to stand up for yourself if necessary.
