I love Dr.Hardee. She’s an amazing urologist! Kind, caring, listens, smart, and tries to come up with a treatment plan that works for you. The customer service for the practice is HORRIBLE. I had surgery and need to talk to Dr.Hardee and can’t get her on the phone for the life of me. I’ve called the main number (which is in a call center) and they tell me someone from her office will call me back in 24 hours. It’s been 4 days of calling the main number and getting that same response. Also, I had surgery with Dr.Hardee and my 2 week post op is scheduled with a PA? Last I checked Dr.Hardee was the one that did my surgery. I have questions about my surgery that I’d like my DOCTOR that performed the surgery to answer!!! They gate keep their doctors and make it impossible to communicate with them. One appointment I had in office, I waited 3 hours past my appointment time to see her. Although Dr.Hardee is a great urologist I’m questioning if the practice protocols and systems align with how I want my health handled.

After years of being a patient here, I'm now attempting to leave this practice. Attempting as the nurses have decided to stop responding to my emails via their app. I've requested my medical records to be faxed over and it's been almost a week without even acknowledgement to my two attempts to get them to do this.Separately - they've been unable to fill in simple prior authorization paperwork.. after 6 weeks, they now blame the insurance for the failure, while insurance clearly explained to me why the coverage was declined... due to UA making errors in the PA form (filing as prescription instead of medical) and UA not responding to contact attempts by the insurance.Stay away from this practice, they don't care about you and will place your health at risk!

As other people stated, the communication here is non existent. Are the doctors good? No idea, because i cant get a call back to make an appointment.Heres the drill: you call the office and sit on hold for three-four hours… EVERY TIME. Once someone picks up, they have a really poor attitude. Then, they “ accidentally” hang up on you over and over if you ask ANY questions about … anything or if you ask to be transferred. Then, they tell me someone will call me back to make an appointment. Wait, what was I on hold for, after i chose “ make an appointment” in the recorded prompts? So now i have to wait for someone to call me back to make an appointment? I spent a total of 6 hours on the phone, getting hung up on, treated like i’m a bother and still got NOWHERE. I recommend you stay as far away from this practice as possible. You wont receive ANY care and they’ll waste hours of your time and you still won’t get anywhere.

I've never been treated with such neglect from a care provider. They do not respond to patient requests on the patient portal and getting them to answer the phone or return your call is near impossible. I've spent multiple times on hold, more than an hour or waiting for a callback.Your only option of legitimate contact and conversation is through a scheduled appointment, which likely will result in their rescheduling once you've already checked in, so they can ding your insurance. The doctors office of our parents days are a thing of the past. You will be better served going to another care provider.

Dr Bruce was wonderful, he listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Staff was amazing, definitely had a great experience and would recommend this location.

I would add an additional star or two because they’re perfectly good in office but they don’t answer phones, so if I have questions before a visit I can’t ask. I have to depend on Google or ChatGPT for answers and hope they’re right.

I have had issues making payments, appointments being rescheduled by them, and the straw that broke the camel’s back was they sent me a bill for my last treatment then come in today to have them say they can’t bill me I’d recommend finding a better urology office.

Appointments removed without notice. Can't update my address on their portal either. When I call it goes to a machine. It takes an act of God just to get what I need from these folks. Not happy with them at all. I've been trying to determine why I am having kidney issues they keep pushing off my appointments when it would be better to know so I can change things now to prevent further issues.

They call you and ask you to call back but don’t give you an extension to get a hold of them. You then sit on hold for over 30 minutes. Don’t cheap out hire someone to answer the phones. Give extensions so they can call back! If you make patients hold for so long you don’t value their time.

The offices don't answer the phone. They have a new system in place for calls and it is not up to speed unfortunately. Need an appointment? Filled out the form online? You will be waiting to get in touch with someone. Once you get in, the doctors are great though.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful as was medical staff. Dr. Maloney was, as usual, hitting the mark. If he is not the best Urologist in the greater Austin/Round Rock area then he is very close to it.

Good luck getting them to answer their phone. You will spend at least 30 minutes on hold if not longer
