I have been going to UC for the past few years and it's always a great experience! The girls at the counter are super friendly and always knowledgeable about what's trendy. I love that I can try on clothes before I buy. Check-in to sell at the counter is easy, and I can leave the store while they appraise or shop while I wait. I've always had a reasonable offer for the items I have brought in. Amazing location!

I love this 2nd hand store! The clothes are all gently worn and brand names. The prices are great. They have a great variety of workout clothing (all name brand). I love their selection of maxi dresses. I do wish they had more name brand, purses, and weekend bags. I also wish they stayed open a little later than 7 o’clock even till 8 o’clock would be good and I wish they had promotions once in a while. I give the store 4 stars.

First time here. Alot of nice varieties to choose from warm environment until I got to the cashier. Laura was her name wasn’t kind didnt smile are greet. She snatch the item out if my hands. Her customer service was very poor.When she finished putting my belongings in the bag she walked away mad looking without saying have a good day. Smh

Bought a pair of boots from here did not wear them at all turned out they were a size small
Paid 60 got 8.60 back in cash I would've been OK with at least 20
Stop giving away your valuables and have a yard sale or post on markets where you're in control
