If i could give 0 stars I would.
I trusted this UPS to send my package from texas to sweden in July, I paid over 400 dollars to get this package with items totaling 200 dollars to be delivered quickly as a gift, employees assured me there would be no fees and it would be an easy delivery.
It is now October and my package has been 'lost', I have been in contact with international shipping, customs, everyone imaginable and they all are able to do their job from their side but for some reason when I have to come back to this location to ask them to help me with their end so my package can make it to its destination they 'cant' or their 'manager' chase, chance, forget his name, has to do it or 'he will call you' well, i went back today and i got the same thing 'he will call you' and he of course doesnt, the young lady at the counter told me that she heard that the issue with my package was 'resolved'. How is an issue resolved when my package is still at a warehouse and the UPS location I shipped it from doesnt seem to know how to communicate with other UPS locations to go ahead and resend the package. I even asked for them to send it back to me or for a partial refund and they couldn't do either one of those, they literally cant do anything for me.
For months I have been in limbo mostly with this location being unable to help me, they couldn't even give me a receipt number for me to be able to make a claim, im sure all those things are stored in your system, its a computer. On top of that, i paid 200 for customs to release my package so i am out 800+ dollars just for fun because this location and its employees lack the skills to do their job correctly.

My package shipping date got changed five times just because they didn’t want to send it to me and I want to send it a different day. It’s sitting at the post office.For the last 4 days like wat are they Even doing start doing your jobs

Just visited this location. I messed up my return label and it was going to cost me over $30 to send my things back. A young lady helped me and I was able to send everything for less than $5. I really appreciate her patience and assistance.

Chase, the manager, is efficient, consistently helping customers and providing excellent service. His calm demeanor suits his role perfectly, ensuring the line keeps moving smoothly. The rest of the team needs to work more efficiently. Glad I do not see Gate closed prior the actual closing time today. (that’s rude).

This is by far my favorite UPS store!
The staff is always helpful, especially a young lady who wears glasses. She's so sweet and friendly when assisting me in sending packages and printing out learning materials for my kid.
